Caravan Description
A conveniently situated, modern three bedroom caravan to let on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, situated on Juniper Close and under a two minute walk from the clubhouse and amenities.
Our caravan at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is also just a 10 minute stroll from the beach.
The veranda with table and chairs offers a partial sea view and a small, enclosed lawn area with car parking is to the side. Free Wi-Fi is included by Haven(ok in clubhouse,intermittent in caravan)
Inside, the lounge area has a sofa bed, additional sofa, electric fire,table lamp,tower fan and a TV with Freeview.
The kitchenette has a mains connected gas oven and hob, table and seating, large fridge and freezer, microwave ,air fryer, kettle, and toaster. All crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans etc are included.
Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6” double bed, ample storage, wall mounted heater,and an en-suite WC with a washbasin. Bedroom 2 has bunk beds, ample storage, wall mounted heater,and a TV with Freeview and inbuilt DVD. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, ample storage,wall mounted heater, and a TV with inbuilt DVD only.
All bedlinen and single waterproof mattress protectors are provided, please bring your own towels.
The bathroom has a modern shower, WC, and washbasin.
Iron and ironing board,hoover, mops etc are included and also a selection of board games, swingball,DVDs, CD player with cd’s and books for your use.
No pets or smoking inside thanks.
Check in from 2pm (key safe with code) and check out by 11am.
Check in/check out dates are flexible- please ask.
Haven Passes are not included in the price.
