Caravan Description
Our lovely Swift Soleil caravan at Devon Cliffs, has a gated decking area with a table and chairs looking over the bay. It has to be seen to be believed - I could sit there all day. It is one of the nicest caravans on site, in one of the best positions because of the view.
The caravan is a short walk from the main facilities, but sadly would not suit a wheelchair user as there are three steps down to the caravan and no other way to access it ( sorry ).
It is clean and tidy and has recently been refurbished. It has a very clean and unique interior design with features that make for a spacious and luxurious interior.
The caravan is a beautifully designed, 12’ wide, 2 bedroom, Swift Soleil holiday home with a gated veranda, gorgeous views, a spacious master with en-suite toilet, double glazing, central heating, two toilets and two parking bays directly outside.

LOUNGE
The lounge incorporates ample, fixed, comfortable sofas (one a sofa bed) a flat screen TV, DVD, Freeview and an electric lava rock fire in a contemporary fireplace. It elegantly combines a traditional feel with modern style, and the contemporary colours provide a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The well-appointed kitchen is furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances. These include a fridge with freezer box, a microwave, hob and cooker. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a free standing table and 6 chairs.
BEDROOMS
There is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite and room for a travel cot, and one twin bedded room with fitted wardrobe. The 5th and 6th berths are via the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET
The caravan benefits from a fully fitted shower room with full size shower with glass door, a toilet and wash basin, along with a second toilet.
HEATING
Being double glazed and having full central heating with radiators in all rooms, means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA
Our large, gated front veranda comes with patio furniture making it ideal to relax, unwind and take in those stunning view.
PARKING
The caravan has two designated parking bays directly outside.
Bookings & Conditions
NO SMOKING OR VAPING. Please be advised that the accommodation is privately owned and therefore smoking and vaping is strictly forbidden. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
The charging of electrical vehicles from the caravan is prohibited.
We include bedding, but not bed linen. However, this can be provided for an additional charge - please enquire when booking.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is well-kept and the staff are friendly.Our caravan is approximately 5 to 7 minutes from the on-site facilities, and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. There’s lots of fun and family memories to be made here.
Just outside the Park is the great attraction of ‘The world of Country Life ‘and just a short drive away is ‘Crealy Adventure Park’, both offering a great family day out.
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is very close to the lovely seaside town of Exmouth and the city of Exeter, which each boast lots of things to do and see, along with a variety of places to eat.
