This accessible caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, has two bedrooms and sleeps six. It benefits from having a wet room and plenty of features that make it accessible.
Our wheelchair accessible caravan is located in Sunset View, which is on a no-through road and is nice and quiet, boasting beautiful sea views.
The caravan comprises:
Lounge
Boasting views out to the sea it offers a fixed sofa which comfortably seats six people and incorporates a sofa bed; a TV; electric fire; board games; and a dining table with two stools and a sofa seat.
Kitchen
With lowered worktops and a gap under the sink to allow access for a wheelchair; a microwave; gas cooker; fridge freezer; air fryer; kettle an toaster; plus all utensils.
Main Bedroom
A larger bedroom to allow room for a wheelchair, featuring a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table.
Second Bedroom
With two single beds and a wardrobe, yet still with plenty of room to allow wheelchair access.
Bathroom
Wet room with seating, a lowered sink and a toilet
Outside
We have a private parking space and a fully tarmacked path leading up to the gated ramp and decking, which houses a table and chairs. There's also a large grassed area in front of the caravan.

Play passes need to be purchased separately via Haven. You will need passes to use the facilities, such as swimming, shows, evening entertainment and activities. You do not need passes for the arcade or restaurants/takeaways. If you do not want to purchase passes, there are many things to do in and around Exmouth.
A £100 refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. This will act as your security bond, which will be returned to you after your holiday providing the caravan is left the way you found it, i.e. no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for a deep clean.
Full payment MUST be received no later than one week before the start of your holiday.
Check in is at 3pm and check out by 10am.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is Haven's flagship park in Exmouth, Devon.On site, there are many activities to keep everyone entertained. If purchasing a play pass, you can access an indoor and outdoor pool with slides, a full week of daytime and evening entertainment, and many activities from segways to climbing walls.
If you're not purchasing a play pass there are still many things on site for you to do. There is a beach on site, which is a short walk from the caravan (although can be hilly). Next to the beach is the South Beach Cafe where you can stop off for a drink or a bite to eat. You can also drive and park at the cafe.
In the main complex, there is an arcade that covers 2 floors, the sports bar which has indoor and outdoor seating. For food, you have a choice of the Mash and Barrell, Papa John's, Cooks Fish and Chips, Burger King, or Slim Chickens. There is also an on-site shop.
There are also many things that you can do in the local area. Just outside of the park, there is the World of Country Life which has a wide range of animals, play areas, and entertainment for a fun day out. Exmouth has a lovely beach that goes on for miles. On the seafront, you will find The Ocean which has a large soft play area, bowling, arcade, and a restaurant. There is also a park nearby. Exmouth has a lovely town centre with many unique shops and restaurants for you to visit. There is also a lovely swimming pool located in the leisure centre. There is also a large park within Exmouth that includes a skate park, tennis court, golf and a lovely cafe. Exmouth is also very close to Crealy Adventure Park and the city of Exeter. Also, if you like walking there are many lovely walk areas both on and off park.
