Caravan Description

Our 2023 ABI Wimbledon caravan at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is fully double glazed and central heated, with front opening double doors on to the fully enclosed, veranda with lockable gate. There is also a patio table and 6 chairs on the decking with stunning sea views.

The caravan comprises:

Lounge – with ample seating, flat screen TV, DVD player with several DVDs, a coffee table, Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling and an electric fire.

Kitchen - furnished to a high standard, with an integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher; 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan; plus all utensils, cooking pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

Dining area - is spacious with free standing table and 4 chairs.

Bedrooms – one king size bedroom with en-suite wc and sink; two twin bedded rooms (maximum 6 guests).
Bathroom - fully fitted shower with glass sliding door, toilet, wash basin and overhead mirrored cabinet with shaver/toothbrush plug.

Veranda - wraparound decking with table and 6 chairs, lockable gate and stunning sea views.

The caravan is situated in Cherry Park a very quiet area of Devon cliffs.




Bookings & Conditions

All bedrooms are provided with duvets, pillows and bed linen.

Towels are not provided.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. I have a key safe with the key in, and I will text the code to you on your arrival day.

The rental price is for the accommodation only – it DOES NOT include Haven site passes.

Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

No same sex group bookings.

In booking with me, most deposits are £100. This is a non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if you fail to pay the balance on time.

All school holiday dates require a £200 deposit.

Any booking over £800 also requires a £200 deposit.

There is a £150 key/damage deposit but this is fully refunded after your holiday as long as the caravan is left in the same condition you found it.

The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. This can be paid by bank transfer.

Any late deals that we offer, must be paid in full at the time of booking.

By paying the deposit you are entering into a contract with me that you will abide by the rules and conditions I have set out. Also, that you'll take responsibility for paying on time and leaving the caravan in the same condition as you found it. Any breach in the conditions will result in you losing your deposit and potentially losing your holiday.
