Caravan Description

Our 2 bedroom, pet friendly caravan on Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, is located on Juniper Close just a few minutes’ walk from the main Haven complex.

Our double glazed and central heated caravan on Devon Cliffs is fully equipped to a very high standard.

At the end of a busy day you can enjoy the sea view from wraparound decking, complete with seating. It has lockable, gated access enabling security and safety for your pets and/or children. French doors from the lounge can be opened to enable direct access onto the decking, which benefits from direct sunlight throughout the day. Extra seating can be found in the Storage Box located at the rear of side decking. We also have some beach items that can be used during your stay, as well as a kettle BBQ if required.

The caravan also has its own parking bay alongside, which will fit 2 cars if necessary.

It also benefits from piped gas, so there is no need to worry about gas bottles running out halfway through cooking!

Complimentary Wi-Fi via EE is included. However, we cannot always guarantee that you will receive a good service as the signal on the park is very limited and is out of our hands. EE is the best available and we haven’t received any complaints about it up to now.

Our lovely Devon Cliffs caravan is double glazed and central heated, with the addition of an electric fire in the lounge for those extra cold days, and electric fans in both the master and twin bedroom for those hot, balmy days/nights.

The master bedroom is very spacious and offers a king size bed, large dressing table, fitted wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside cabinets (with USB charging sockets above) and a 32” flat screen TV with a built-in DVD player. It benefits further from having an en-suite with toilet and wash basin. There is also space for a travel cot, which is included for your convenience. Hair straighteners and a hairdryer are available for you to use too.

The second bedroom has twin beds (which can be pushed together to make a double bed if preferred), a built-in wardrobe, overhead storage, bedside cabinet and a USB charging socket.

The family bathroom comprises a shower, toilet, wash basin, shaver charging unit and ample storage space for those all-important beauty products.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooker/hob, overhead extractor fan, microwave, 3/4 fridge freezer, pots, pans, crockery, utensils, glasses and cutlery. Also included is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, vegetable steamer, sandwich toaster and an air fryer. An iron, ironing board and Dyson vacuum cleaner are provided too.

The open plan living/dining room has a freestanding dining table and four chairs. In the living area there is an electric fire, two sofas (one being a double sofa bed with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort), a coffee table, lamps and two USB charging units. There is also a 49" flat screen TV, DVD player, DAB Radio and an HDD recorder, so you will not need to miss an episode of your favourite soap whilst enjoying your holiday. For those rainy days, of which we hope there aren't too many, there is a selection of books, games, and DVDs for you to enjoy whilst awaiting the return of the sun.

Gas, electric, heating and hot water is included in our hire price.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, toilet rolls, etc.

One well behaved dog will be accepted at a small extra cost. However, if any damage is incurred, recompense will be required accordingly.

Play Passes are not included in our prices. These passes will be required in order to book swimming slots, activities, and access entertainment venues. Once your arrival has been registered with Haven, the passes can be purchased online directly from Haven 12 weeks prior to your holiday start. Once these passes are purchased from Haven it is the responsibility of the purchaser to liaise directly with Haven if there are any queries or concerns with the passes.
