If you are looking for a luxurious top of the range mini lodge for your holiday stay then welcome to our band new in May 2023, Gold Plus ABI Beaumont mini lodge sited at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, it is residential spec and has central heating and double glazing throughout. And Five * reviews from all our guests that have stayed with us.

It has 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6 guests) and boosts a king size master bedroom with en-suite with rainfall shower, one double bedroom; and one twin bedroom. Main bathroom with large rainfall shower. Stunning panoramic views. Lovely quiet area close to the coastal path. But only a 4 minute walk from the main amenities
Beds can be made up if you require. The linen package is £35 per week which includes beds made up for you, please advise when you are making your booking if this is required.

Outside we have a full glass wraparound veranda with lockable gate and rattan patio furniture, and also a ratten table & chairs offering fantastic, stunning panoramic sea views across the coast. Also a Private side patio. And a brand new
Private parking drive.

The kitchen has a full-size built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, double air fryer and a pantry cupboard and full size cooker and 5 burner gas hob.

Within our beautiful mini lodge, we have free standing sofas, a Smart TV, Xbox and Wii in the lounge; and built in Bluetooth speakers radio system. Smart TVs in the master bedroom and double bedrooms, plus a TV/DVD combi in the twin room. We provide you with complimentary Wi-Fi (available subject to server provider, any issues at the time of your holiday are beyond our control), Disney+ is included free of charge but you can also sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime if you have an account, Xbox 360s that allows you to watch sky go if you log into your account, there are also a range of blue ray dvds to watch on the xbox and also lots of dvds for the children to watch as well, lots of USB sockets, a private parking drive and lots more extras. A welcome pack is provided upon your arrival.

Bookings & Conditions

Families and couples only. NO groups.
No more than 6 people

£100 deposit at booking, which is non-refundable.
You must return you signed holiday booking form.

£100 security deposit is required and is fully refundable at the end of your stay when the caravan is returned clean and tidy and damage free. This is payable with your final balance which is due 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.

No smoking. No vaping.

No pets of any kind.

If you are interested in booking Monday to Friday, then please ask for availability and prices. This is NOT available during main school holidays; these are Saturday to Saturday bookings only!

Location

Our mini lodge is situated just a four-minute walk to the main amenities and the beach is around a 5/6 minute walk. In a lovely queit area.

Once your holiday is paid for in full your holiday we will register your holiday with Haven, and they will then send you an email with the option to purchase entertainment passes. It is completely optional and not compulsory.

If you chose to purchase the passes, you can book swimming and entertainment up to 12 weeks before you arrive. As long as your holiday has been paid for in full. Please feel free to send me a message for more information.

The price does not include passes, you buy these direct from Haven when you receive the email passes are needed to access the entertainment and swimming. You can still access the arcades, food halls, restaurants, soft play area, multi sports area, multiple outside play areas and the beautiful Blue Flag beach without them and also buy onsite activities from the huts on the day if available if you do not wish to buy them.

Terms & Conditions

CARE AND RESPECT BOND
A £100 CARE AND RESPECT BOND WILL BE ADDED TO THIS BOOKING. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR DEPARTURE PROVIDING THERE IS NO LOSS OR DAMAGE AND THE ACCOMMODATION IS LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY AND NO EXCESSIVE CLEANING IS REQUIRED. ANY DAMAGE WILL BE LOGGED AND PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE TAKEN TO ASSIST US WITH ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE HIRER SHOULD YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £100 ON DEPARTURE NOT BE SUFFICIENT TO COVER THE EXTRA CLEANING OR DAMAGED CAUSED THE HIRER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE WHICH WE MUST RECEIVE WITHIN 7 DAYS TO AVOID LEGAL ACTION BEING TAKEN. THE CARAVAN IS A NON SMOKING/ VAPING CARAVAN AS IS THE DECKING AREA IF YOU WISH TO SMOKE YOU MUST DO SO AWAY FROM THE CARAVAN AND DECKING.. IF THE CARAVAN HAS BEEN FOUND TO HAVE BEEN SMOKED IN DURING YOUR STAY OR TO SMELL OF CIGARETTES YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE LOST AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR EXTRA CLEANING COSTS.
ANYONE FOUND TO BE USING/SMOKING DRUGS WILL BE REMOVED BY HAVEN ON OUR BEHALF WITH NO REFUND
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED.
BBQ'S
No bbqs to be used on the veranda there is a patio to the side of the mini lodge please use this area and clear away afterwards. Please dispose of bbq's safely and do not put them under mini lodge.
WI-FI
Unlimited Wi-fi is offered completely complementary by us during your stay if for any reason it becomes unavailable this is beyond our control you have not been charged in any way for this service. Please remember the wi-fi runs on a 5G network so do not expect the speeds you are used to at home.
THIS HOLIDAY CAN NOT BE SOLD ON TO A THIRD PARTY AND IS FOR IS FOR THE LEAD GUEST AND NAMED PERSONS ONLY NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE PERMITTED. IF ANY EXTRA GUESTS ARE FOUND TO ATTEND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUND.
DEPARTURE
DEPARTURE IS 10AM PROMPT PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THIS OUR CLEANERS WILL BE WAITING TO CLEAN READY FOR OUR NEXT GUESTS. IF YOU EXCEED THIS TIME THEN A £20.OO CHARGE WILL OCCUR. PLEASE STRIP THE BEDS OF LINEN (LEAVE MATTRESS PROTECTORS FOR CLEANER TO CHANGE)AND LEAVE IN THE LAUNDRY BAG AND PUT RUBBISH IN THE OUTSIDE BINS, EMPTY HOOVERS, LOCK ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS, AND RETURNS KEYS TO KEY SAFE AND REJUMBLE THE NUMBERS. THE HOLIDAYS WE OFFER HAVE BEEN DESIGNED WITH FAMILIES AND COUPLES IN MIND. THEREFORE BOOKINGS BY PERSONS AGED 21 YEARS AND UNDER ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS THEY ARE FAMILY BOOKINGS. THERE ARE ALSO RESTRICTIONS ON BOOKINGS FOR SINGLE GROUPS CONSISTING OF ALL MALE AND FEMALE SINGLE PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO LEAVE BY HAVEN FOR ANY REASON THIS IS BEYOND OUR OUR CONTROL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. SO PLEASE KEEP TO THE PARK RULES.
DISHWASHER
Please do not leave the dishwasher full on your departure please ensure it is empty and clean. If it is found to be full there will be a £20 charge as it takes longer for our cleaners to get it ready for our nexts guest especially if they have to wait for it to have to wash.
Please use a number 4 wash.
CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
WE CANNOT AND DO NOT ACCEPT MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE IN OUR MINI LODGE ONLY PERSONS ON THE ORIGINAL BOOKING FORM AND HAVE BEEN BOOKED WITH THE OWNERS PERMISSION ARE PERMITTED TO STAY. NO OTHER PERSONS ARE PERMITTED ANYONE ELSE FOUND TO BE STAYING WILL RESULT IN YOUR HOLIDAY CEASING AND YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND..
NO PETS OF ANY KIND IF YOU ARE FOUND TO HAVE BOUGHT A PET YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUNDS, NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE MINI LODGE IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
PARKING
THERE IS LARGE PRIVATE PARKING DRIVE FOR OUR MINI LODGE CLEARLY MARKED PRIVATE PARKING FOR CEDARS 3 OUR PARKING DRIVE IS CLEARLY MARKED WITH A WHITE LINE DOWN ONE SIDE RIGHT THE WAY OVER TO THE MINI LODGE. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN OTHER OWNERS PARKING SPACES.
DRUGS AND ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY OURSELVES OR THE PARK THIS IS A FAMILY PARK FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY. IF A COMPLAINT IS MADE AND HAVEN OR WE REMOVE YOU THEN NO REFUND WILL BE MADE. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO OTHERS.
NO SINGLE SEX PEOPLE UNDER 21 OR HEN PARTIES
NO ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING FROM THE VAN, THERE IS ONSITE CHARGE POINTS. PLEASE USE THESE OUR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR THIS AND CAN SHORT OUT AND CAUSED ELECTRICAL FIRES.
ELECTRIC SCOOTERS OR SIMILAR MUST NOT BE LEFT ON CHARGE UNATTENDED OR OVERNIGHT DUE TO FIRE HAZARD FOR YOURS AND YOUR FAMILY'S SAFETY WHILSTS THEY ARE BEING CHARGED.
WE PROVIDE
HAIR DRYER - TRAVEL COT - HIGH CHAIR - DVDS, BED GUARD,
LINEN IS PROVIDED WITH BEDS MADE UP FOR ALL GUESTS STAYING AT A CHARGE OF £35 PLEASE ADVISE US ON BOOKING IF YOU DON'T REQUIRE THIS. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR BEDDING IN THE LAUNDRY BAG PROVIDE IN THE WARDROBE AT THE END OF YOUR STAY. PLEASE LEAVE THE MATTRESS PROTECTORS ON THE CLEANERS WILL CHANGE THESE SEPARATELY.
QUILTS - PILLOW PROVIDED MATTRESS PROTECTORS MUST BE LEFT ON THE BEDS AT ALL TIMES.
ANY DAMAGE OR ISSUES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO US NOT HAVEN OUR MINI LODGE IS INSPECTED AFTER EACH LET AND CLEANED PROFESSIONALLY READY FOR THE NEXT GUEST. IT IS ONLY ALSO LET A MINIMAL TIME A SEASON. IF YOU CALL HAVEN FOR ANY REPAIRS WITHOUT OUR CONSENT THESE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOURSELVES.(THIS DOES NOT APPLY IF YOU NEED GAS)
NO BBQ'S ON THE DECKING AREA PLEASE USE THE PATIO AREA TO THE SIDE OF THE MINI LODGE IF YOU WISH TO BBQ PLEASE CLEAR AWAY AFTERWARDS.
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS, THE CARAVAN MUST BE LEFT SECURE WHEN YOU ARE AWAY FROM IT PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE WINDOWS OR DOORS OPEN.

Devon Cliffs is near an army training camp you may on occasions hear gun fire whilst training takes place across all areas of the park please bear this in mind when booking.
THE HOLIDAY IS SOLD ON A BASIS OF A
CARAVAN HOLIDAY ONLY
You have the option to purchase Haven Play Passes directly at https://haven.com/play-pass or via My Haven app once you have received your confirmation email from Haven. On the app you will be able to:

1) View your holiday details
2) Buy a Play Pass for swimming, entertainment and activities
3) Book swimming and activity sessions*
4) Check out the entertainment listings
5) View venue opening times
6) Explore the park map
You will receive an email directly from Haven once your holiday has been registered 12 weeks before your holidays commences.(once your final balance has been received) You are then able to start booking your activities/entertainment (from 12 weeks) before your holiday commences and swimming 4 weeks before. Please note, should your holiday dates not follow the Haven Pass Break pattern (Monday to Friday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday) you will be unable to buy online and will be required to buy them on the park when you arrive, subject to availability
