Caravan Description

Beautiful, luxurious, 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) Gold Plus graded mini lodge for hire on Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, with glass fronted gated wraparound decking and beautiful sea views and beds are made up ready for your arrival.

Ideally situated just a few minutes from the complex and the on-site Blue Flag beach, our Gold Plus grade mini lodge on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is a luxurious, modern holiday home with all you could need for a fabulous holiday, including Smart Tv with Netflix, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and your beds made up ready for your arrival.

We also have a private parking driveway beside the caravan.
The master bedroom has a Freeview TV with DVD player, dressing table and wardrobe, along with an en-suite shower, toilet with wash basin. The first twin bedrooms has two single beds and ample wardrobe and storage space. The second twin has full sized single beds, Freeview TV, wardrobe and drawers.

We have a family bathroom with a powerful shower, toilet and washbasin.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, Washing machine, integrated oven and grill, hob, extractor fan and integrated microwave.

Within the dining area is a table and chairs.

The spacious lounge has 2 comfy sofas, looking out to the amazing view, an electric fire, 43” TV with Netflix, blue tooth music system, electric fire, a lift up pouffe containing books and games, and sliding patio doors lead out to the fully furnished decking offering those lovely sea views.

The caravan has USB ports in all rooms (please bring leads).

For your convenience, we provide a hairdryer, hoover, iron/ironing board, high chair, bed guard and travel cot (on request) but please bring cot bedding. Board games, books and DVDs are also provided, as well as an outside storage box with beach chairs, bats, balls, buckets and spades etc.

You will also find a tray with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits, as well as hand-wash and a loo roll in each of the toilets, so you can freshen up after your journey.

Beds will be made up ready for your arrival.

This is our family holiday home and we have tried to provide all the things we enjoy as a family too. Our aim is for you to have a fabulous holiday with all you need to make some wonderful holiday memories here at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Exmouth, Devon.

Bookings & Conditions
A £100 care bond is due with final balance and this is returned to you after your stay, once the cleaner has confirmed no damage etc.

Arrival is 2pm and departure is by 10am.

Sorry, we do not accept pets and the caravan is strictly no smoking or vaping.

No charging of electric vehicles is allowed - there are several charging points in the main Reception car park.

Please do not allow children to use scooters on the decking and respectfully ask that BBQs are used away from the van and decking areas due to fire risks.

Location: we are sited in a peaceful area at the bottom end of Gorse Hill- so beautiful views without hills to climb and just a short walk to the complex facilities

Haven passes are required for showbars and pools, and to prebook activities. These are NOT included in your hire price, but are available to purchase 12 weeks in advance from Haven. Activities can be booked 12 weeks before your holiday and swimming 4 weeks before.
Out & About

Exmouth and its glorious beach is just a short drive from Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, or the on site bus can be taken if you would like a change of scenery. Water sports, large soft play with bowling, crazy golf and the marina for crabbing, boat trips, cafés and restaurants, can all be found in Exmouth.


Crealy Adventure Park is just a short drive away, or Woodlands theme park for a fantastic day out. World of Country Life is just outside the entrance to Devon Cliffs and is a full day out.

I send all our guests a list with suggestions of days out for all the family when I send out the booking details, so you can plan to be as busy or relaxed as you wish.
