Hi there. Thank you for looking at our lovely, modern holiday home for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, in this beautiful area of Devon.
Our caravan is on a small slope with stunning sea views, and situated half way between the beach and the main entertainment complex, both of which are around a 5 minute walk.
We have central heating and a gas fire to give that warm cosy feeling.
There are many features to make your stay more enjoyable, such as a 42" TV in the lounge and a separate DVD player.
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find plenty of crockery and cutlery; a microwave, toaster and kettle; a fridge with a freezer compartment on top; a sweeping brush, dust pan and brush and a mop and bucket. An iron steamer is also provided.
There is a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, along with a pull-out sofa bed in the living area.
We have a bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink, plus the added benefit of a second toilet with hand basin. Both rooms have a radiator.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking, The full cost of your holiday will be due 6 weeks prior to the start date. we will be in-contact to keep you up-to date with your payments.

Devon Cliffs is Haven’s flagship site. Not only does it have a fabulous safe and sandy beach, it also boasts a large indoor pool with flumes and slides; an outdoor pool and grass area to sunbathe; 3 play areas for smaller children and lots of activities for all other ages; a climbing wall, high wires, football pitch, crazy golf and Segway's, not to mention the arcades and entertainment. Various craft sessions and adventure trails are bookable.
Passes for swimming, shows and activities will be booked through Haven. Following our registration of your details to them, you will receive an email offering you the option of passes.
