168 Juniper Close is our lovely holiday home for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park; Haven’s all-action, flagship park in Devon.

Welcome to our lovely, prestige with decking, Swift Bordeaux caravan for hire at Devon Cliffs, situated in a prime position. It is a unique caravan sited on Juniper Close and just 3 minutes from the entertainment complex where all the fun and laughter happens, ensuring you a memorable holiday for years to come.

Our caravan is ideal for all of your holiday needs and we have many guests who regularly return year after year, and who we now see more as friends than guests!

The caravan has everything you could need to enjoy a lovely holiday in beautiful south Devon and ideally located in a prime position at Devon cliffs.

This lovely two bedroom caravan is a spacious 38’ holiday home that comes complete with double glazing, central heating (to include the bathroom and en-suite toilet) and French patio doors opening onto the decking from the large lounge. On the decking is beautiful, free-standing patio furniture.

Our lovely, spacious lounge comes with free-standing two and a three seater sofas with scatter cushions, two cube stools stored under the coffee table and luxury carpet. There is also a 40" TV with built-in DVD plyer and a lovely built-in electric fire for those chilly nights.

There is a fantastic, fully domestic kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful stay with us at Devon Cliffs. You will find a glass fronted gas oven and grill with electronic ignition, 4 burner gas hob, stainless steel recirculating cooker hood, stainless steel sink/drainer and 30mm laminate worktops with matching upstands, along with a built-in fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.

In the dining area is a free-standing dining table and chairs for your morning breakfast, lunch and evening meal.

The lovely master bedroom comes complete with en-suite toilet and sink, a king size double bed and a 24" fitted TV with built-in DVD player, built-in wardrobes and dresser with hangers, overbed reading light, bedside lamps and a hairdryer. The twin bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.

The main bathroom comes complete with toilet, sink, vanity unit with light with socket for electric razor and of course, a lovely large shower cubicle with thermostatic shower.

We are sited in a lovely, quiet location in Juniper Close, which has no though traffic and is just 3 minutes from the entertainment complex making this an ideal pitch/location for you to have a wonderful stay with the leisure facilities within minutes away. The private beach is just 10 minutes away.

We do have a lovely sea view to watch the evening sun go down when sat out on our lovely veranda, in our comfortable chairs - with drink in hand of course.

Our caravan comes with its own private parking alongside the caravan, making it easy to unload your belongings.

Our Prestige caravan’s central heating consists of a gas combi boiler with full working instructions.

A smoke alarm with 10 year battery, a fire extinguisher and 5-year carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety and peace of mind.
