Caravan Description

Luxurious, 3 bedroom, top spec caravan to hire on Haven’s 5* Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. It benefits from full double glazing, central heating and FREE Wi-Fi.

This luxury, ‘Platinum’ graded caravan on Devon Cliffs boasts full double glazing, central heating and front opening French doors onto a fully enclosed and gated veranda, complete with patio table and chairs.

We are child-friendly and we can supply at no additional cost if needed, a high chair, travel cot and children’s plastic plates, bowls and cups etc. We do also supply several DVD for your use whilst at the caravan.

Lounge - There is ample, contemporary freestanding furniture, a flat screen TV, DVD player, coffee table with upholstered cube stools and a gas fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided, along with cooking pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

Dining Area - Spacious with freestanding table and 6 chairs.

Bedrooms - The caravan has a main double bedroom (with room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if needed) with an en-suite WC with sink. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, which can be pushed together to create double beds if preferred. The caravan sleeps 8 in total, using the bed settee in lounge.

All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.

Bed linen is NOT provided in our rental price. However, we can provide linen (with beds made up for your arrival) at an additional cost if required.

Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin with overhead mirrored cabinet.

Veranda – Wraparound, gated veranda with table and chairs and a lockable gate.

The caravan is situated in a very quiet area of Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, near the end of a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic. It is very quiet and great for children. There is a lot of grassy area outside the caravan, allowing space for playing outside, again great for children. There are also a number of small play parks near the caravan which my children thoroughly love.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

We provide FREE Wi-Fi - subject to signal availability.
