This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 8 berth, 12 x 36 BK Blue Bird Caprice holiday home to let on Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Devon.

The open plan living area comprises the lounge, kitchen and dining area. Within the lounge is an L shaped sofa, a flat screen TV and DVD player and a few DVDs to enjoy. French doors open on to the veranda and look out to the gorgeous sea views. A pull-out bed is also available, which means it can sleep up to 8 guests. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary standard utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses and kettle. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, undercounter fridge with freezer compartment, gas oven and grill. The dining area has a free standing table and 4 chairs.

The master bedroom includes a double bed, en-suite toilet, cupboard space and wardrobe with drawers where there is a hairdryer and a small TV fitted. The two twin bedrooms, both have two single beds, cupboard space, a small wardrobe and bedside cabinets.

The beds will be provided with duvets, pillows and mattress protectors, but please bring your own linen and duvet covers etc.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, hand basin with a cupboard under, and a toilet with cupboard space above.

The caravan is doubled glazed with gas central heating and radiators in every room.

The veranda is spacious and comes complete with a table, chairs and a storage box.

No smoking is allowed in the caravan.

Location

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is situated on the outskirts of the coastal town of Exmouth in Devon, which is also part of the Jurassic coastline. It is a very large Haven holiday park, which caters for all the family.

Facilities within the complex include:
