Our 2018 Swift Loire is situated on a hill with stunning sea views, half way between the beach and the complex of main entertainment and less than 10 minutes to both.

The gas boiler runs the central heating system, which with the double glazed windows, ensures a cosy atmosphere if the nights turn chilly.

Outside is a patio area with a wooden bench/ table for your outside dining or drinks.

There are many features to make your stay more enjoyable, such as a 43” smart TV in the lounge and a separate DVD player.

There are various books and games for your use.

Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of crockery and cutlery, ninja air fryer, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster,kettle, fridge with a large freezer compartment on top, cordless vacuum, iron and ironing board. A hairdryer is also provided.

There is a table top bugaboo seat to enable the safety of infant feeding.

There is one double bedroom with a wall mounted TV and 2 further rooms with 2 single beds in each, all have radiators. Bedding is included in the price quoted. A travel cot is provided.

The large shower, toilet and sink, plus the second room with toilet and sink, both have radiators fitted.

I need £100 deposit to secure the booking and and this will also be your refundable security bond if no damage or missing are found on inspection? Should you cancel with less than 1 months notice £50 only will be returned to you. The cost of your holiday will be due 6 weeks prior to start date.

Devon Cliffs is Haven’s flagship site, not only does it have a fabulous safe, Sandy beach, it also boasts a large indoor pool with flumes and slides, an outdoor pool and grass area to sunbathe, 3 play areas for smaller children and lots of activities for the older ones, climbing wall, high wires, football pitch, crazy golf, Segways not to mention the arcades and entertainment. Various craft sessions and adventure trails are bookable.

Passes for swimming, shows and activities will be booked through Haven. Following my registration of your details to them, you will receive an e.mail offering you the option of passes.
