Caravan Description
Welcome to our beautiful family caravan, located at Haven’s 5* flagship Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Our caravan is situated on Juniper close benefitting with a sea view and parking nearby. It is also very close to the main complex and all the amenities, plus a short 5 minute’ walk to the beach.
The caravan has a lovely lounge with french doors opening up on to the enclosed decking area, where you could enjoy the lovely sea views and relax.
The master bedroom is quite spacious with en-suite, dressing table and fitted wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and wall units. Duvets and pillows are provided; however, you will need to bring your own linen and towels. If you require, I can arrange linen to be provided at an additional cost – Double bed - £12, single beds - £7. Please pre book prior to your arrival.
Family bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink and mirror wall unit.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, and a microwave.

Booking & Conditions
When making your booking, we require a £50 deposit on top of the price. The deposit will be returned, once caravan has been checked following your departure and if there are no loss, damage or breakages found, or extended cleaning needed.
Smoking is not permitted in the caravan.
Passes are NOT included. These can be purchased online, after your arrival has been registered with Haven.12 weeks prior to your arrival, you can pre-book activities via the Haven website.
PLEASE NOTE
No electric vehicles are to be charged from the caravan. If it is found that they have, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. There are designated charging points on the park.
