Welcome to our stunning, brand new, luxury, ABI Ambleside Premier.
Family owned on Devon Cliffs 5* Holiday Park.
Situated on a Premium Pitch on Willows.
With Amazing Sea Views and Private Parking next to the caravan.
It has a large glass wraparound decking which is gated and lockable if needed.
We have 2 decking areas. One out to the front and the other to the side.
There is very comfortable, cushioned, patio furniture on the decking for you to sit and take in the spectacular views.
The perfect place to relax!
The caravan itself, really is so beautiful!
It is double glazed and has gas central heating throughout. It also has its own Wifi, which is unlimited for your use.
The Master Bedroom is large with a king size bed. It has a wardrobe, dressing table with stool and so much more cupboard space of which you will find a hairdryer.
It also has a Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix.
Adjoining the bedroom is an en-suite shower room with WC, washbasin and a rainfall shower. Also with more storage.
The Second Bedroom is a twin with 2 full size single beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and stool. It also has a Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix.
The Large Family Bathroom has a WC, washbasin and a rainfall shower. It also has a skylight which makes it so light and airy.
The Beautiful Kitchen is fully fitted with a gas oven and hob. It has a microwave, a full size fridge freezer, a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.
A dining room table and 4 chairs is situated in the kitchen so you can enjoy the sea view while you eat.
The lounge area is so tastefully decorated!
It has 2 freestanding settees, a large Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix and a DVD player along with a selection of dvd’s. There is also an electric fire if needed.
The lounge has patio doors which lead out onto the large decking areas.
This is truly a spectacular accommodation!

* Unfortunately No Pets.
* Charging your Electric Vesicle from the caravan is Not Permitted.
* A Security Bond is required.
* Passes if required are purchased directly from Haven.

About the Area
The caravan is a 3/4 minute walk to the beach.A cliffside trail is right near to the caravan which leads into Exmouth or walking in the opposite directions the trail leads to Budleigh Salterton.
The entertainment complex is a 6/7 minute walk.
There are plenty of activities on site with children’s play areas too.
There are takeaway venues and also a supermarket, along with a launderette and a hire shop.
Outside of the park there is plenty to keep you occupied.
