This is our lovely, fully equipped static caravan with double glazing and central heating situated in an ideal location near the central hub at the fantastic and popular Haven Devon Cliffs Holiday Park on the stunning Devon coast.

Caravan Description
This lovely caravan is ideally located on the ever popular Haven Devon Cliffs Holiday Park on the beautiful Devon coast, with its own award winning, sandy beach. It is the perfect place to build sandcastles, play beach games, go paddle boarding and enjoy swimming. ** BEDDING AND LINEN INCLUDED **
The caravan is located near to the central hub (entertainment, numerous food outlets and Spar shop), has 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people, and benefits from being just a 10 minute walk down to the beach.
Our fully equipped caravan has double glazing and central heating. It has everything you could need for your self-catering holiday with a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and gas hob. Bed linen, bath and beach towels, gas / electric costs and consumables (such as toilet roll and washing up liquid) are all included in the price of your holiday. Beds will be made ready for you on your arrival.
The lounge has a flame effect electric fire, a large wall mounted TV, inset blue tooth speakers and USB charging points.
We have three bedrooms available all with wardrobes and cupboard space. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite cloakroom, and space for a travel cot. The second bedroom is set up as a double bed but can be altered to twin beds if preferred. Bedroom three has twin beds and you can store one of these away if it isn’t needed, which then provides more space in the room. A travel cot can be provided on request.
FREE Wi-Fi is provided for your use.
Outside we have outdoor seating for alfresco dining and relaxing, and a parking space next to the caravan.
Please Note: The holiday price does NOT include the pool, entertainment or swimming pool passes however these can be purchased separately from Haven. Once purchased, you can then book activities on-line in advance or your arrival.
The second bedroom will be set up as a double bed as most guests prefer this, unless requested to change to twin beds. Please let me know in advance so I can bring the correct bedding.

Devon Cliffs Haven Holiday Park has an unrivalled range of activities, including entertainment sports bar, swimming pool with flumes, amusement arcade, thrilling tube slides, an inflatable arena, an aerial adventure and bouncy bungee trampolines, along with an array of eateries which includes Wetherspoons, Papa John’s Pizza, Burger King, Slim Chickens, Chopstix Noddle Bar and fish & chips. The entertainment and pool passes can be purchased directly with Haven, and the activities then booked through them.Devon Cliffs is home to an award winning, private, sandy beach with a beach walk around the headland in to Exmouth or along the coastal path at the top. On top of the cliffs there is South Beach Café which overlooks the beach and serves food and drink, and there is also a bar on the beach which opens opens during the summer season.
Places to visit in the local area include Paignton Zoo, Exmouth Beach, Crealy Theme Park and Resort, World of Country Life, Exeter Cathedral and Powderham Castle. Stuart Line Cruises offer a wide variety of boat trips, including River exe estuary trips and coastal cruises, in addition to special evening events.
