Caravan Description

A big advantages of booking with me is I only have this caravan so it is cleaned to a very high standard and is available for check in from 1pm on the day of your arrival.

Gorgeous ABI Horizon caravan/holiday home to rent at Larchwood 15 on Haven's Devon Cliffs; a top holiday park with its own private beach at Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon.

This is a 36' x 12' 3 bedroom caravan that offers panoramic sea views to the front and side of the caravan, with 16' x 8' decking for outside dining.

Attractively decorated in a seaside and country theme, the caravan sleeps up to 8, in 1 double room, 2 twin bedrooms and a double pull-out bed in the lounge. The bedrooms are themed and named- the Herring Gull, the Fresian Cow and the Elephant room. Beds are made up for your arrival.

The caravan also benefits from having 2 bathrooms, 1 with a modern shower.

It is double glazed, with electric blow heaters in the bedrooms and an additional 2KW oil filled radiator. The open plan kitchen, diner and lounge includes a gas fire.

There is a 32" TV with built-in DVD player, kettle, toaster, gas cooker, microwave, fridge and a recently added slow cooker and air fryer. It is very well equipped with kitchen crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils.

All beds have mattress and pillow protectors, attractive duvet covers with matching pillow cases, throws and designer cushions.

Bookings & Conditions
Gas and electric is included in our rental price.

No pets, no smoking and no single sex parties, such as hen or stag nights.

New for 2022, a 4G router with an EE sim. Now with unlimited Internet.

A £100 refundable deposit is required and the booking fee is 20% of the holiday price. The balance is due one month before you come. Monthly payments are possible if you want to spread the cost out throughout the year.

This is a green caravan and all recycling is encouraged.
