Caravan Description

Our stunning, new, non-smoking holiday home on Devon Cliffs is a Swift Bordeaux Exclusive with a large open plan lounge-dining area, three bedrooms and a large veranda with beautiful panoramic sea views.

Devon Cliffs is Haven’s 5 Star, flagship, premier holiday park.

Situated on 'Rowan Meadow', a quiet, prime location on the park, our brand new, top of the range family holiday home is just a few minutes walk from the park's own private 'Blue Flag' beach and many fabulous cliff top walks, and benefits from the wonderful, breathtaking views of the Jurassic coastline.

The caravan is equipped to a very high standard and offers double glazing and gas central heating, with a gas combi boiler system. There is an electric fire in the lounge and radiators in every room, which means you can holiday all season in comfort.

We have a large gated veranda with rattan patio dining furniture, a fully fitted modern kitchen, a lounge and dining area, large master bedroom with en-suite, two attractive twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with large shower unit.

There is also parking in front of our caravan and a lovely new patio area alongside the caravan.

There is a strictly no smoking and no pets policy.

We have smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors


The caravan comprises:


Lounge

Stunning panoramic sea views. Within the lounge area is a 42" flat screen TV with built-in Freeview and DVD player - we also have the full Sky package including films sports and kids channels. There is ample contemporary, free standing furniture, a coffee table with upholstered cube stools and a gas fire, along with a Bluetooth music system built into the caravan that can connect to any Bluetooth enabled phone/tablet to play your own music or listen to radio.


Dining area

Kitchen

Furnished to a very high standard, our full domestic kitchen has a large integrated fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. There is a glass fronted oven and grill with electronic ignition, a stainless steel recirculating cooker hood, 4-burner gas hob with electronic ignition, stainless steel sink/drainer and a fire extinguisher.


Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms - all with radiators

The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and sink, a large double bed with padded headboard, over bed reading light and bedside lamps, built-in double wardrobes complete with hangers and plenty of storage. There is also a dressing table, stool and mirror, plus a hairdryer.

There is room for a travel cot at the bottom of the bed whilst remaining spacious.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to create a double bed, along with a wardrobes and overhead storage


Veranda

The veranda is situated to the front and side of the caravan and has fantastic panoramic sea views. It is accessed either from the double patio doors from the lounge or from the kitchen. It has a secure lockable gate and comes complete with rattan table and chairs furniture.


Additional Information

All gas, electricity and hot water is included in the rental price.

All beds are supplied with duvets and pillows and are covered with mattress protectors. However, duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets are not included, so guests are asked to bring their own, along with their own bath towels, beach towels and tea towels.

There is a facility on site to hire these and many more items if you do not wish to bring your own.



Bookings, Terms & Conditions

Our bookings run from either Friday to Monday (long weekend), Monday to Friday (midweek) or 7, 10 and 14 night stays (or more).

During summer holidays we offer Saturday to Saturday.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is due to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday, or at the time of booking if this is less than 8 weeks.

If the balance is not paid within the agreed time your booking will be cancelled.

We have a key safe in place, which is located on the caravan; the code will be sent to you the day before your arrival.

We also require a £150 security deposit, which will be returned once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected for stains, loss, breakages or damage and upon the key being returned to the key safe and the caravan being left clean, tidy and free of rubbish and there are no signs of smoking or pets.

We will supply your holiday caravan in perfect condition; we would appreciate it if it is returned in the same condition.

Payments can be made by cheque, bankers draft or direct bank transfer.

Check in time is any time after 3pm on day of arrival. Check out by 10am the day you leave. You can still use the park's facilities all day on your arrival and departure day.

Under the Parks rules No bookings can be accepted from:
a) groups of persons of all one sex
b) groups under 21 years of age

Passes are not included in our rental price, but are available at an extra cost from Haven
