Caravan Description
Welcome to our beautiful, BRAND NEW in 2021 Willerby Seasons static holiday home on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, offering stunning sea view over the bay & within easy reach of all park facilities.
At 35ft x 12ft our static holiday homes feels very spacious. Offering deluxe accommodation with stunning sea views over the bay. We are also within easy reach of all facilities on the park, including a private access beach and beachside bar/restaurant.
Our holiday home is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms. It includes beds made up and free Wi-Fi
The side door leads onto a lovely side decking area of 15ft x 5.5ft with beautiful sea views and conversation set.
Inside it comprises:
Lounge
A large spacious lounge with modern contemporary colours; corner sofa with a pull-out double sofa bed; dining table with banquette seating and stools; electric fire; large flat screen TV; and a large picture window affording amazing views of the sea.
Kitchen
A modern open plan contemporary fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, including a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, etc.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a fantastic amount of space enough to accommodate a cot at the side of the bed, and a flat screen TV/DVD. It has a king size bed, bedside tables, a dressing area and a set of drawers, along with a generous wardrobe space.
The twin bedroom has twin beds and a bedside table, along with a fitted wardrobe.
Both bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows; beds are made up for your arrival. You will need to bring towels and tea towels. However, these can be hired from the hire shop on site. A bale of towels is also available for hire. You can also hire travel cots, high chairs, bed guards etc.
Bathroom
High quality large shower, with toilet and modern sink with cupboards for toiletries.
Veranda
15ft x 5.5ft side decking with conversation set and beautiful views.
Parking
Parking areas are very close to the caravan on both sides.

There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) in our home due to safety reasons.
We cannot accept large same sex bookings due to park rules.

Being a Haven Holiday Park, Devon Cliffs has many facilities, including an on-site pub/club, amusement arcade, indoor pool, gym, kids' club, high wire, Segways, archery and a multi-sports complex.Entertainment passes are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased on site.
Also on site, but not requiring passes is crazy golf, a restaurant, takeaway, grocery shop and launderette.
There is a large sandy beach on the site and lots of play areas for children, which can be used by all guests
