Caravan Description
For hire is our platinum, 6 berth caravan situated on the Haven Flagship site at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Exmouth. We are situated on a very desirable location in the park on Tamarisk Way, with fantastic sea views, full wraparound decking and private parking.
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, air fryer, slow cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, all cutlery, and dining sets.
We have a TV in the lounge with a DVD player, and a TV in the main bedroom. We also supply complimentary Wi-Fi.
Our caravan is fully double glazed, central heated, and benefits from an electric fire in the lounge.
There is a shower room with a toilet and sink, and an en-suite toilet to the main bedroom – perfect for the larger families.
There is decking furniture and blankets provided for those colder evenings.
We have a range of games, drawing, and DVDs to keep the younger members of the family entertained.
Bookings
We do not accept pets and the caravan is non-smoking.
Check in is from 4pm. Check out is before 10am.
Bookings are available for 3, 4, or 7 nights starting on a Friday or Monday. Saturday check ins are available on request.
A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks before commencement of the holiday. If the balance is not paid within the agreed time your booking will be cancelled and no refund will be made. We would recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance in case of cancellation.
Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance will need to be paid in full at time of booking.
A £100 refundable security deposit (not included in the prices) will be required. Providing that there is no damage, no items missing or the need for a prolonged clean it will be refunded in full within14 days of your departure.
Holiday passes are not included in the price. These can be bought directly through Haven.

Devon cliffs is well located to allow you to explore the local area, grab some fish & chips, or an afternoon tea. Budleigh Salterton, Otterton Mill, Sidmouth, & Bere are all easily reachable.On site there are range of activities to suit all ages. Entertainment passes must be purchased by guests on arrival at the park to access the parks facilities, you DO NOT need passes for Arcades, on site restaurants or the Sports Bar
