Our beautiful caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Sandy Bay, Exmouth is located on the much sought-after Tamarisk Way. Situated in an elevated position, this spacious 40ft 3-bedroom caravan enjoys lovely sea views and offers a calm, premium setting for your stay. It is ideal for families and relaxed coastal breaks.

Private parking is located directly beside the caravan, making arrival and departure easy. French doors open onto a generous decking area, creating a lovely indoor/outdoor space for morning coffee, relaxed meals and watching the sunset over the sea.

The caravan is larger than average and thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort, space and ease throughout your stay. It is well equipped for self-catering, whether you’re preparing quick family meals or enjoying slower evenings in.

For your entertainment and comfort, the caravan includes TVs in both the living room and master bedroom—both with built-in DVD players—along with a Bluetooth CD player, a selection of DVDs and a range of board games, perfect for cosy evenings in.

Tamarisk Way is a popular and quieter area of Devon Cliffs while still being within easy walking distance of the park facilities, beach access and coastal paths.

Terms & Conditions

A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your chosen dates.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

- A £100 refundable security deposit is also required before arrival. This will be returned following your stay, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the caravan.
- For insurance and park compliance purposes, the full names and ages of all guests must be provided prior to arrival.
- Please note that we do not accept group bookings for guests under the age of 25.
- To maintain the high standard of the accommodation, pets are not permitted within the caravan.
- All guests are required to adhere to the holiday park rules throughout their stay to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings where required information is not provided or payment deadlines are not met.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a full refund of all monies paid, excluding the £50 booking fee.
- Cancellations made between 3–4 weeks prior to arrival will receive a 75% refund (excluding the booking fee).
- Cancellations made between 2–3 weeks prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund (excluding the booking fee).
- Unfortunately, cancellations made within 2 weeks of the arrival date are non-refundable.
