Caravan Description
This beautiful holiday home for hire at Devon Cliffs has stunning views from the wraparound decking/veranda, complete with outdoor furniture to enjoy it. There is plenty of parking available too.
Your holiday home on Damson Green has stunning views through to the sea and is just a 5 minute walk from all on site facilities and a 5 minute walk from beach; a perfect location.
This family run home from home at Devon Cliffs, is an ideal choice and is fully equipped for all your holiday needs.
It has gas central heating throughout, along with double glazed windows, so if perfect whatever the weather.
The living room has one large sofa, a two seater sofa, a 40" TV an an electric fire. Children's games are provided too.
Fully equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, oven with hob, microwave, , and all crockery, cutlery and utensils you may need. There's also a separate dining area for family meals together.
There are two double bedrooms, each with a double beds and one with an en-suite toilet, along with one twin bedded room.
The family bathroom is very spacious and includes a shower, toile and wash basin.

Bookings & Conditions
Haven passes are NOT included in the cost of your holiday, but can be purchased directly from Haven Reception.
Duvets, pillows and all bedding is provided, so you don't have that extra worry.
NO pets allowed.
NO smoking allowed.
Sorry, no single sex groups or Stag/Hen parties.
We ask for a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This will be taken from the full balance of your holiday, which is due 6 weeks before your start date.
A £100 security deposit will also be required in additional to your holiday cost. This is refundable and is required to cover any loss, damage and/or breakages during your stay, or the need for an excessive clean following your departure. Once the caravan has been checked and everything found to be in order, your security deposit will be returned.
