Our lovely double glazed and central heated holiday lodge at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Sandy Bay, Exmouth, offers quiet surroundings and stunning panoramic sea views.

We have a full wraparound decking, where you can sit back and enjoy the stunning sea views.

The layout of our Devon Cliffs lodge is of ample size, with a relaxing open plan living, dining and cooking area.

The kitchen comes complete with an under counter fridge and freezer, a microwave, cooker and washing machine. It's also well-equipped with a full range of utensils and cookware.

The lounge area offers a large, freestanding sofa, incorporating a double pull-out sofa bed. There's also an electric fire, a Smart TV and complementary Wi-Fi.

The lodge has 2 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite with shower, WC, full size bath and a wash basin. The second bedroom offers two full size single beds, with ample storage and a Smart TV.

The main bathroom has a full size, walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.


Bookings & Conditions

Occupancy numbers MUST NOT EXCEED 6 people.

We do not accept same sex groups or parties.

No smoking or vaping allowing in the lodge.

Entertainment passes are NOT included. Your passes may be purchased via Haven's app or from the Park's main Reception when you arrive.

When making a booking you will be asked for a £150 deposit. Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Your initial deposit will then be held as a security bond, against against any loss, damage and/or breakages. This will be refunded in full, after checks have been made to the lodge on your departure, as long as everything is in order. The lodge MUST be left as clean and tidy as found on your arrival.
