Welcome to our beautiful three bedroom Swift Bordeaux holiday caravan to let on Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, situated on Apple Grove.

Caravan Description
Our beautiful double glazed and central heated caravan to let at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, is ideally situated close to the beach and boasts stunning sea views, and a wraparound decking from which to enjoy it.
Within the lounge of our fully equipped caravan, you’ll find one three seater sofa, one two seater sofa, a coffee table, built-in electric fire, Bluetooth speakers, a Smart TV and DVD player. French doors lead out to a full wraparound, gated decking, complete with decking furniture to sit and admire the beautiful sea views.
The kitchen and dining area has table and chairs, along with a gas cooker, full size integrated fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer. There’s also an iron and ironing board.
Provided for your convenience is washing up liquid, a cloth, sponge, bin bags, tea towel and two toilet rolls.
On your arrival you will also find tea bags and coffee to make yourself a drink after your journey.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, TV and an en-suite. There is also a hairdryer. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds, a wardrobe and TV.
If required, we can provide a travel cot, bed guard and highchair.
All bedding is included and beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
Parking is available next to the caravan.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Full payment must be received 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Guests are welcome to pay by instalment if preferred – please contact us for further details.
A £75 security bond is also required, which is added to the price of your holiday and returned once the caravan has been checked following your departure, as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean. This is normally returned within 24 hours.
Arrival time is 2pm. Departure time is by 10am.
Sorry, NO pets allowed due to allergies.
NO smoking or vaping allowed.
NO charging of electric vehicles is allowed.
Devon Cliffs is a family park and as such we DO NOT accept same sex groups/parties.
Play Passes are NOT included. Once I have registered you with Haven, you will have the option to purchase these separately if required.

Close to Devon Cliffs Holiday Park is Exmouth, a beautiful seaside town with an esplanade that runs the length of the two mile seafront. There’s also an open top bus that runs along the seafront into Exmouth town from Devon Cliffs.
The World of Country Life is situated right next door to the Devon Cliffs Holiday Park entrance.
Also close by, there are boat trips and just a short drive away is Crealy theme park.
You will find a folder in the caravan, providing details of the plenty of different Devon attractions to visit.
