Lodge Description

This 2 bedroom 'Signature' grade holiday lodge for hire at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park has wraparound decking and a lovely sea view. It is located just behind the complex, which is a very short 1-2minutes walk away.

The open plan interior is bright and spacious, and boasts a large TV unit, a comfy free standing sofa with sofa bed and an armchair. Large patio doors lead out onto the decking area.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar. We also have an American style fridge freezer, an air fryer for convenience and all the necessary cookware, crockery and cutlery needed.

The spacious main bedroom has feature lighting in an overhead beam, as well as a large dressing table, a TV/DVD and plenty of wardrobe space. It also benefits from having an en-suite with a full size domestic bath, WC, basin and vanity mirror.

The twin bedroom has a wardrobe, TV/DVD, bedside unit and a lamp.

The main bathroom has a good size shower, wash basin and toilet.

Linen can be hired for £25 per stay. Discount on booking price for 7 nights or more .

You will need to bring your own tea towels, bath towels and beach towels.

BOOKING TERMS
You will be registered with Haven and given access to the haven app to book activities. 
We take a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your date. On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you straight away.. Booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests .
3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay check in Fridays or Mondays (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)


* Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan and no pets are allowed.
* No scooters or similar allowed in the caravan or decking area as they permanently damage the surface .

Play passes can be purchased from Haven directly via the App .
