Caravan Description

We have a beautifully presented 2 bedroom caravan for hire in Hawthorn Mount on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, which is a 2 minute walk from the main centre

Our 6 berth caravan at Devon Cliffs, offers a large side decking area with sea view and despite it being just 2 minutes from the centre, it is lovely and quiet, as well as being nice and green.

The caravan has a modern, open plan layout with plenty of storage and is ideal for family use. The lounge benefits from L – shaped sofas, co-ordinating cupboards, a feature fireplace and a 32” Smart TV with Netflix, plus a DVD player with a selection of DVDs.

The dining area has a free-standing table, with fixed seating and a stool. This opens into the contemporary kitchen, which has plenty of workspace, a gas cooker, hob and a fridge/freezer.

It is decorated with lovely muted greens and purples, with throws, cushions and rugs to make it lovely and cosy, ensuring you feel right at home!

The master bedroom is light and airy, offering plenty of storage, including a wardrobe and dressing area with stool, along with bedside tables. There is also a small TV on the wall for you to enjoy!

The twin bedroom has a wardrobe and bedside cabinet, making our holiday home perfect for families. The sofa bed in the lounge will need to be used for any parties over 4.

There is also a family bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin.

The caravan also includes:

• Airer and pegs
• Hairdryer
• Hoover
• Bed linen with beds made for arrival
• One hand towel and two tea towels
• Travel cot, high chair, and changing mat
• Children’s cutlery and dishes
• A variety of books, games, DVDs, and outdoor toys

You will also be welcomed with a small complimentary starter pack, which includes tea, milk, sugar, biscuits and pods for the Dolce Gusto coffee machine. We will also provide toilet rolls and kitchen roll; hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen; shower mats and non-slip shower mats; washing-up liquid, cleaning products, bin bags and a sponge.

The caravan benefits from full central heating, double glazing and an electric fire in the lounge.

Unlimited Wi-Fi is included, although connectivity may vary during peak times on site.



Bookings & Conditions


We offer the following bookings:

3 nights – Friday to Monday

4 nights – Monday to Friday

7 nights – Friday to Friday

A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts, or at the time of the booking if this is less than 8 weeks. Should the balance not be paid within this agreed time, then your booking will be cancelled and you will lose your booking and deposit.

A refundable security deposit of £150 will be added to the balance payable. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure, once we have checked that the caravan is in the condition that it was let to you in.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am

We do not accept same sex group bookings or groups of persons under the age of 25.

Strictly NO smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vapes.

Fun passes are NOT included in the booking, but can be purchased in advance once registration with Haven is complete.



Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation more than 60 days before your holiday start date will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellation 30-60 days before your holiday starts will result in a loss of 50% of all monies paid.

Cancellation less than 30 days before your holiday starts will result in a loss of 100% of all monies paid.
