Welcome to our 2025 Victory Arlington holiday home at Haven Devon Cliffs, perfectly situated on the front row of the Spruces. This south-facing plot offers one of the park’s most sought-after views, with a spacious wraparound decking area that enjoys sunshine throughout the day and overlooks the beautiful bay.

Inside, the open-plan living area boasts a stunning glass frontage with sliding doors, framing the coastal views beautifully. Relax on the wraparound sofa, enjoy the cosy built-in fireplace, or unwind with the 43” TV (with built-in DVD player and a choice of family-friendly games).

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, and dishwasher. A freestanding dining table and chairs make it perfect for relaxed family meals or sociable evenings in.

The master bedroom offers a double bed, overhead storage, bedside tables, a tall wardrobe, and a dedicated dressing area with mirror and stool. For added comfort, enjoy your own 24” TV and a private en-suite with toilet and basin.

Two further bedrooms each feature twin beds (which can be joined to make a double if preferred), ample storage, and a bed guard available on request for younger guests.

The main bathroom features a shower, toilet, and wash basin. For your convenience, the home is fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout, ensuring a warm and cosy stay, whatever the season.

Step outside onto the spacious, gated wraparound decking, complete with outdoor lounge and dining furniture. It’s the perfect spot for soaking up the sun, dining al fresco, or enjoying evening drinks. A private parking space is included right outside the home for added convenience.

Please Note: Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linen, towels, toilet paper, and consumables. Complimentary tea and coffee will be ready for your arrival. Check-in is via secure key safe, with details provided on the day of arrival, so you can head straight to your holiday home without visiting reception.

A non-refundable deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due eight weeks before your stay (or immediately for last-minute bookings). A refundable £100 damage bond is required and will be returned following a satisfactory inspection after departure. Please note: entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from Haven.

For the comfort of all guests, we operate a strict no-smoking, no-pet policy, and do not accept group bookings in line with Haven site regulations. All guests must be named at the time of booking.
