Welcome to our stylish and comfortable 2021 Atlas Chorus holiday home, perfectly situated on the front row of The Spruces at Haven Devon Cliffs. This south-facing plot offers one of the park’s most sought-after views, with a spacious wraparound decking area that enjoys sunshine throughout the day and overlooks the beautiful bay.

Inside, the open-plan living area features wraparound seating, a cosy built-in fireplace, and a 43” Smart TV with a built-in DVD player. A double pull-out bed offers additional sleeping space, while free WiFi and a selection of games and DVDs provide entertainment for the whole family.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils, cookware, and crockery. A free-standing dining table and chairs complete the open-plan space, making it ideal for family meals or relaxing evenings in.

The master bedroom includes a double bed with overhead storage, bedside tables, a tall wardrobe, and a dressing area with a mirror and stool. For added comfort, there’s also a 24” TV and a private en-suite with a toilet and hand basin. The twin bedroom has two single beds (which can be pushed together to make a double if preferred), plus ample storage. A bed guard is available on request for younger guests.

The main bathroom features a shower, toilet, and wash basin. For your convenience, the home is fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout, ensuring a warm and cosy stay, whatever the season.

Step outside to enjoy a large, gated wraparound decking area complete with outdoor lounge and dining furniture—ideal for soaking up the sun or enjoying an evening drink with a view. A private parking space is also included.

Please Note: Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bed linen, towels, toilet paper, and other consumables. Tea and coffee are provided for your arrival. Check-in is via a secure key safe, with details provided on the day of arrival, so there's no need to visit reception.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due eight weeks before your stay (or immediately if booking within that period). A refundable £100 damage bond is also required and returned following a satisfactory post-departure inspection. Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased directly from Haven.

We operate a strict no-smoking and no-pet policy and do not accept group bookings in line with Haven’s site regulations. All guests must be named at the time of booking.
