Caravan Description

We have some dates still available for 2025.



This lovely double glazed and central heated caravan at Devon Cliffs, is larger than the average caravan, measuring 42’ x 13’, and as such benefits from more spacious rooms and two full size bathrooms. Both have a shower, and one is the en-suite to the master bedroom. Seaview also benefits from having a wraparound, gated decking and beautiful sea views.

Our holiday home comfortably sleeps six guests, and we are happy to consider families of up to eight. Please note, pets are not permitted, and smoking or vaping is not allowed within the property.

We personally handle the cleaning to ensure the caravan is spotless and ready for each arrival.

The spacious and bright lounge area features an L-shaped sofa with a built-in sofa bed, two comfortable armchairs, a nest of tables, and a sliding patio door that opens onto a furnished patio area. For added convenience and fun, a storage box is available with beach games, footballs, buckets and spades, a bodyboard, and other outdoor toys.

Entertainment is provided via a 32-inch Smart TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs. We also offer a variety of games and books for both children and adults to enjoy.

The dining area includes a table with four chairs, two additional foldable chairs, and a fold-out table to accommodate larger groups. A highchair is also available for younger guests.

The fully fitted kitchen comes with an integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. It is well-equipped with a full range of utensils and cookware, including children’s dishes and cutlery.

The twin bedrooms offer ample storage and feature comfortable beds with mattress toppers and protectors. Beds are made up for your arrival. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, double wardrobe with shelving, a dressing area, and a TV. A spacious en-suite bathroom with a large shower is also provided.

We have two travel cots available, one of which fits comfortably in the master bedroom or can be used in place of a twin bed. For added comfort, we supply lap blankets for cooler evenings on the decking.

The main bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a bathroom cupboard for storage.


Additional Features and Amenities

Guests will be welcomed with a small complimentary starter pack, which includes tea, milk, sugar, biscuits, and pods for the Tassimo coffee machine. Other essentials provided include toilet rolls, kitchen roll, hand soap in bathrooms and kitchen, shower mats, non-slip shower inserts, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, bin bags, and a sponge.

The caravan also includes:

• Hoover
• Bed linen with beds made for arrival
• Three hand towels and two tea towels
• Two dishwasher tablets
• Travel cot, bed guard, high chair, and changing mat
• Children’s cutlery and dishes

The caravan benefits from full central heating, double glazing, and an electric fire in the lounge. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included, although connectivity may vary during peak times on site.



Bookings and Conditions

We welcome instalment payments to help guests budget for their holiday with ease. Bookings are available for 3, 4, 7, and 14-night stays. A £50 deposit is required to secure your preferred holiday dates.
