Caravan Description
Hi and welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom pet friendly caravan on Devon Cliffs.
Our home is privately owned and we take huge pride in making it as comfortable as possible for you to enjoy your stay with us.
To make easy for you to see How much the cost of hiring our beautiful van will be, we have included our £125 refundable security deposit in the advertised price of the van,
The security deposit will be returned back to you within 48hrs after your stay with us.
Our caravan has private parking next to our van, ,Wraparound, gated decking so you can sit outside and enjoy our beautiful panoramic sea views whilst having a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning sunshine
. We also have a Picnic area to the rear of the caravan, complete with a picnic table so you can enjoy a BBQ in the evening sun,
Our caravan has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully made into a true home from home,
It has a warm and welcoming space for families, couples and your pets, as we are a pet friendly family. We have a Cockerpoo called Bobby, who loves exploring the stunning Devon coastline. We’re sure that you, your family and fur babies will also love staying at our caravan and going out to explore the park, countryside and all that Devon has on offer.
Our caravan has a cosy, inviting atmosphere where you can fully unwind and focus on making memories that last a lifetime.

On booking We require a £50 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your dates.
The Full balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
We have A £125 security deposit which is included in the price of our van,
this will be refunded following your stay as long as everything has been left in good order, with no loss, damage /or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
photos with the Time and date are taken before your arrival to confirm the the caravan has been cleaned and made ready for your arrival,
after your departure from the van, if any damage is found when the van is checked, photo proof of the damage with the time and date on of the damage, will be sent to me as evidence, this will result in the cost of any repair necessary to be taken out of the security deposit.
On your departure date, ALL BEDDING must be taken off each bed used, and left on top of the bed ready for the cleaners to wash ,
IF THE BEDDING is not taken off the beds, £20 will be taken out of your security deposit for the extra cleaning time taken to strip the beds plus non-compliance of the rules.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out is by 10am. Should guests wish to check in earlier, (1pm) or have a later check out (11.30) we should be able to accommodate this for an additional Fee of £15 .
We also are happy to provide one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest for an additional £15 .
