Check out our page for our beautiful 3 bed, 2 bathroom, with wrap around lockable decking, caravan sited at number 40, Beach Walk on Haven’s No1 flagship site - Devon Cliffs.

We have free WiFi and lots of other added extras such as kids board games, toys and beach toys for the kids to play with.

Our caravan is situated in a peaceful quiet area of the park with stunning all around sea views and grassy play areas both in front and to the side of the van so no annoying cars/people waking by, making this the perfect caravan for those with young children and safety in mind. a short 3-5 minute stroll from both the stunning beach and all the entertainment facilities.



Being Haven’s No1 flagship Holiday Park you can be assured of plenty to do for both young and old alike! Facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool, huge amusement arcade, takeaways, restaurants (including a beautiful Beach front restaurant and bar offering stunning views across the beach and Exmouth bay, a sports bar, pool tables, soft play, two huge entertainment show bars, bingo, water sports, crazy golf, football, archery, arts and crafts, pottery painting, sedgeways, trampolining, high ropes, zip lining, forest school, scenic coastal walks, a beautiful 5 star rated beach right on your doorstep (3 minute walk from our caravan) plus much, much more!

Terms & Conditions

Booking terms and conditions, please read carefully…

Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are 21 years of age and older. Families and couples only. No same sex groups.
Our caravan is strictly a NO SMOKING or vaping caravan.
Strictly No BBQs on the decking area or near the caravan (fire risk). 
Strictly no child’s bikes or scooters on the decking as the tires can permanently mark the decking.
Please refrain from applying suncream whoos
No felt tip pens or kids' slime in the caravan please! 
Maximum occupancy in the caravan is six people.
Only the people listed on the booking form are allowed to stay in the caravan, over occupancy will not be tolerated and will result in loss of deposit and all guests asked to leave. 
The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all 
persons listed on the booking form. 
If you are bringing a dog they cannot be left alone in the caravan. Our neighbours are elderly and will complain about dogs left alone/excessive barking/ excessive noise and this will result in the loss of your security deposit. 

**Anyone found breaking the above rules will lose their security deposit.**

The hirer will pay a £100 security bond deposit prior to holiday.  This bond is fully refundable once the caravan has been checked for loss or damages to the caravan, decking area or outside garden area/loss of caravan keys.
The caravan owners reserve the right to withhold the £100 bond for an additional cost of cleaning or removing stains from the carpets and/or furnishings and or/replacement of duvets, pillows and mattress protectors etc. 
The security bond will be returned via bank transfer at the end of the hire period within seven days of your departure.
Please note you will need to arrange your own travel insurance if you feel you need it. 
Caravan owners do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer’s property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness which occur from the hire of the caravan or whilst inside or outside on the decking/garden area.
Our private cleaners pride themselves in their level of cleans carried out both before and after guests arrive and depart however if when you arrive, you find anything to your dissatisfaction, please do let us know immediately so we can sort things for you. 

**Please remember to bring your own bed linen- bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and also bath, hand, and tea towels**

By booking our holiday home, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
