Caravan Description
Welcome to our luxurious, family-owned mini lodge, set in a beautiful location with front row sea views on Haven’s Devon Cliffs Holiday Park.
We have a large grassed area to the front of the plot, which is ideal for children to play or to have a lovely BBQ, whilst enjoying the sunsets over Budleigh and Exmouth.
Our luxury min-lodge at Devon Cliffs also has a wraparound decking with glass panels to maximise the views, complete with patio furniture on the decking and a picnic bench to the side.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is included at no extra cost in the hire of our mini-lodge.
We have three bedrooms, each with a TV or TV/DVD. The main bedroom has a king size bed, 32” TV, a large dressing area with wardrobes and an en-suite toilet with hand basin. The second bedroom has two full size single beds, a wardrobe and black out blinds. The third bedroom has two smaller single beds, one of which folds under the other to allow more floor space to play or space to use a travel cot, along with a wardrobe and black out blinds.
The fully fitted, beautiful, modern, country style kitchen diner includes a double oven/hob, full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, integrated microwave, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and utensils you need. The dining area has a table that seats 4.
Within the very comfortable lounge we have two free-standing sofas, a large flat screen smart TV, built-in Bluetooth radio and speakers, along with double doors leading out onto the decking.
Beds made up ready for your arrival, so your holiday can start right away, without the need for making 6 beds.
Children’s games and DVDs provided.

Passes are NOT included, but they can be purchased directly through Haven.
£100 deposit at booking, which is non-refundable.
£150 security deposit (fully refundable at the end of your holiday when the caravan is returned clean, tidy and damage free. This is payable with your final balance which is due 12 weeks before the start of your holiday)
