Caravan Description

Hello! and welcome to our lovely home from home at Karo Place, Devon Cliffs.

Our holiday home is located on a no through road, a gentle five or so minutes walk from the main complex and around ten minutes to the beach. Like everywhere on Devon Cliffs we are up a hill but it's not steep and pushing a buggy up and down is no trouble at all, we've done it with our own children on many occassions. For extra convenience we have a concrete parking space right outside the decking gate so no worries about where you're going to park or lugging your bags 100yrds across the grass!

The van itself sleeps eight in three bedrooms (one double and two twin rooms) with a sofa bed in the lounge. We can provide a travel cot upon request but please be aware that this won't fit in the main bedroom, it will however fit in one of the twin rooms if we move one of the beds which we are happy to do.

We offer comfortable modern accommodation, with an integrated microwave, fridge freezer, full central heating (it gets very toasty even in December!), main bathroom with shower, additional toilet and TVs in two bedrooms. We want our guests to have a home from home so we also provide an airfryer, tea and coffee, toilet roll and cleaning supplies, a hairdryer and straighteners in the main bedroom.

Wifi is included in the cost of your stay. Due to the recent Vodafone 5g upgrade in the local area the wifi is decent and we regularly stream on it.

We also provide bedding.... unless you ask us not to.

We also offer a baby high-chair, travel cot and push-chair if needed.

Check in is lunchtime (unless we can get you in sooner) - we know you don't want to wait until 4pm! Check out is before 10am

We aren't allowed to sell you play passes. When you book, we send your details to Haven who will send you a link to buy your passes and book your activities and swimming.

Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Booking:

To secure your date we will need a £100.00 deposit, this will be kept as your security deposit and returned to you within 48hours of your departure, subject to the van being left as you found it (no damage, etc).

The full balance of your holiday is due 12 x weeks before your break.

We get that life can be unexpected so we do offer a refund or change of date up to 8 x weeks before your stay. Eight weeks or less, we will only offer a refund if we can let the date to someone else.

Sorry but we don't allow pets

All haven park rules must be abided to while you stay with us which means no charging electric vehicles through the window, no bbq's on the decking and no loud parties!
