Caravan Description
Our 3 bedroom pet friendly Carnaby Accord holiday caravan for hire on Dawlish Sands Holiday Park in Devon. It is fully central heated throughout and includes FREE Wi-Fi and dedicated adjacent parking space.
We take short breaks from 2 nights depending on time of year, please enquire if the option you require is not listed.

The caravan features a large lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, a separate WC and three bedrooms.
Within the lounge is a 32" Smart TV (with access to Amazon Prime TV and Britbox) along with a feature gas fire. We also include Google Assistant (the Google equivalent of Alexa) giving you up to date information for your stay, including the daily weather forecast.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, full sized gas oven/grill and a fridge/freezer, along with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and saucepans you may need for eight people. There is also a basic first aid kit supplied.
The bedrooms comprise of one double and two twin bedded rooms, all of which have a wardrobe and storage. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
All bedding and bed linen is supplied withexception of sofa bed..
The bathroom has a shower, sink vanity unit and WC. There is also a separate WC with hand basin.
We provide towels for internal use in the caravan.
There is a dedicated parking space next to the caravan for one car. Additional vehicles can park in the reception car park
A welcome pack including the essentials (bread, milk, tea, coffee) will be waiting for you.
We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs to our pet friendly accommodation.
Sorry, NO smoking or vaping allowed in the caravan.
NO Stag or Hen parties allowed.
Access to the clubhouse bar/restaurant, sun terrace and entertainment is included.
To access the on-site swimming pool you will need a Park Pass. These are NOT included, but can be purchased from the site office and are sold subject to Park Holidays’ terms and conditions.
Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 10am.
Payment Schedule
A booking deposit is required to secure your dates. This is calculated on the total holiday price as follows:
Holidays up to £299 = £75
Holidays between £300 and £499 = £85
Holidays between £500 and £999 = £100
Holidays of £1,000 and over = £200
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival. Cancellation must be by email and acknowledged.
The balance to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
You may pay in monthly instalments, provided the last payment is received at least 4 weeks before your holiday.
We accept payments via bank transfer.

About the Area
Dawlish Sands Holiday ParkThe Park is open throughout the year, but between November 1st and February 14th, there are NO FACILITIES. Although the swimming pool and clubhouse will be closed, there are many places to eat and visit in the surrounding area.
Dawlish Sands Holiday Park is flat, so ideal for those with prams/pushchairs. It is located on the sought-after South Devon coast close to Torbay; the English Riviera.
On the park, which is managed by Park Holidays, you will find many facilities, including:

Guests can also use the facilities at Golden Sands Holiday Park, Dawlish Sands’ sister park, which is just over the road. The park opposite also welcomes non residents to their bar and clubhouse.
Within a 5–10-minute walk you will find Gerald’s supermarket, catering for all your food and drink requirements, as well as children’s games, beach accessories etc. There is a modern bakery, Chinese takeaway, several fish and chip shops and a chemist too.
Dawlish Warren also boasts a fun fair, souvenir shops, bars, cafés, a go kart track, amusement arcades and flat sandy beaches, as well as Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve; a haven for bird watching, dog walking and photography.
Other places of interest nearby include Paignton Zoo, Kents Cavern, Crealy Adventure Park, Powderham Castle and the Starcross foot ferry to Exmouth - all within a 30-minute drive or train ride.
There are many walks and cycle trails too, as detailed on our website, as well as an additional selection of things to do.
Whether you are coming as a family, couple or group of friends, Dawlish Warren has something for everyone throughout the year.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A QUIETER PARK AND DOES NOT HAVE A KIDS CLUB but is ideally situated for exploring beautiful South Devon.
