Caravan Description
Our double glazed and central heated caravan on Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park, is privately rented by ourselves.
It is a large and beautifully presented, 2015 static caravan with a modern open plan living design. Our nice, modern and cosy holiday home also boasts a large side decking with outdoor seating.
The caravan has been well looked after and is in pristine condition. It has all mod cons too, including USB plug sockets.
It offers a large living area that can comfortably accommodate all guests, and includes a full size dining table to facilitate fun, family dining. Fully kitted out for your holiday, also within the lounge is a 43” TV with Freeaat satellite TV channels (plenty of channels to choose from) and a Blu-ray/DVD player. There are also lamps for real cosy nights in.
The fully equipped kitchen houses all the appliances, including a good size fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. All the utensils needed to create a home from home feeling and help you to dine comfortably, is provided.
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and two bedside tables with lamps. The twin bedroom has two single beds and a small wardrobe. In addition, there is a pull-out bed in the lounge, so the caravan will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests..
Quilts and pillows are provided, but please bring your own bed linen and towels as these are NOT provided.
There are two bathrooms, one has has a power shower with a plentiful supply of hot water, while the second has a toilet and hand basin for when the main bathroom is in use.
The caravan has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay here on Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park.
Gas and electric is included in the rental price.
Mobile Signal: 4G internet reception is good. The club house has Wi-Fi and guests are able to purchase separate Wi-Fi for the caravan using the John Fowlers Wi-Fi scheme (daily charges apply).
Our caravan offers a stunning view of the National Trust's Hangman Hill and is situated in a nice tranquil location on Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park. The park is hilly, but a pleasure. It’s just a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 6 minute walk to the village.
Bookings & Conditions
Our Booking Terms and Conditions are emailed on expression of interest, so they can be agreed upon in advance.
There is a non-refundable booking deposit required to secure your chosen dates. holiday. This comes off the total price of your stay.
NO pets allowed.
NO smoking allowed in our caravan. It is also against Park rules.
Couples and families only.
No same sex groups and no groups - Park rules!
Our caravan is non-profit making and any money that is made goes to the upkeep of the caravan.
We can offer custom breaks/stays to suit individual needs (not in the school holidays)

LocationCombe Martin Beach Holiday Park is much sought after John Fowler park in Combe Martin, North Devon. It is in a very, very nice location, sitting close to all surrounding seaside villages. The park itself is hilly, but a pleasure. It’s just a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 6 minute walk to the village.

Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park is tranquil and perfect for couples and families. It's also ideally situated centrally to discover what the north coast of Devon has to offer.

For a more livelier entertainment programme our sister site Sandaway which is a short walk across the road has a full entertainment programme and outdoor heated pool to enjoy which is all included in your stay
The seaside village of Combe Martin is minutes away by foot from the site and is full of charm. It is a busy little place in the summer months and has something to offer everyone. Combe Martin boasts a number interesting annual events. The August Carnival offers a free week long activity program. There are pubs, shops, ice cream bars, launderette and fish and chip shop in the village.
There is a nice National Trust hilly walk up Hangman Cliffs and beyond, which has breath taking views from all around and looking down into Combe Martin.
Combe Martin beach and bay was awarded seaside quality award 2016 .
The beach and bay is lovely to sit and relax and have a swim ,the kids cant wonder out of sight.

There's loads and loads of interesting and unspoiled scenery to be seen and a perfect cove for beach combing and rock pooling.
We love it here and never get bored.
Places to Visit
The amazing railway at Lynton and Lynmouth is a short drive away. Lynmouth harbour has been voted one of the top 10 harbours in the country according to the Guardian.
Exmoor zoo is easy accessible from the caravan park.
Watermouth Family theme park and Castle is on the door step to the park, where families a fun day out.
The Tarka Trail - the caravan park is ideally located to access the Tarka Trail. The Tarka Trail is a series of footpaths and cycle paths around north Devon that follow the route taken by the fictional Tarka the otter. It covers a total of a 180 miles in a figure-of-eight route.
Ilfracombe is a 7 minute drive away, which is a small town with plenty of shops, beach amusements and a harbour and excursions etc.
Award winning Woolacombe Bay resort is a 17-20 minute drive away, which is a busy resort with lots to offer; it's perfect for surfers
Braunton is 20-25 minutes in the car.
There are loads of resorts and places to find in between these – it’s all straightforward to find your way around and there’s plenty to do.
