Chalet Description
Welcome to our dog friendly holiday chalet, Driftwood Lodge, at 51 Sea Valley, which we have lovingly renovated and updated for 2021. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, with the master bedroom overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and a pull-out, trundle bed. Bed linen is provided.
The living area has comfy leather sofas, which enable you to take in the glorious views, a Smart TV, electric heating and a dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, including a double oven and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
The shower room is spacious with further storage and a heated towel rail.
We can provide a high chair and travel cot for your convenience.
We are dog friendly (at no extra cost) and provide a welcome pack with essentials for your arrival.
Location
We are excited to share the incredible sea views and endless opportunities that Driftwood Lodge’s location offers, - it is peaceful with wonderful walks on the south west coast path, right on the doorstep. This, coupled with the facilities on site (the friendly Manor House bar and restaurant, amusements, shop, launderette and swimming pools) makes it a perfect family getaway.

Clovelly - a stunning 4 mile walk on the coast path. Clovelly is incredibly picturesque, and famous for its lobsters and being a privately owned, vehicle-free village.
Appledore - a beautiful and charming estuary village, with winding cobbled streets and quaint shops. Appledore is known for its shipbuilding history and also home to Devon's infamous Hockings Ice cream.
Westward Ho! - a lively seaside village with a beautiful stretch of sandy beach perfect for surfing, and collecting driftwood
Instow - a beautiful beach resort with lovely eateries dotted along the seafront
So many of North Devon's other gems are nearby also, Woolacombe, Croyde Bay, Ifracombe, Exmoor and Dartmoor are all worth a visit.
There are a number of attractions including the Milky Way Adventure Park, Quince Honey Farm, Combe Martin Wildlife Park, and The Big Sheep Fun Park, also in close proximity.
