We have for a 42 x 13, 3 bedroom, Platinum caravan that sleeps 6, with full central heating and double glazing. The caravan has patio doors opening out on to the patio with views of the sea.

The lounge has free standing furniture, modern electric fire and a flat screen TV with Freesat. It has a sliding door in to the kitchen which can be closed off.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. All utensils and crockery are provided.

There is 1 double bedroom with en suite toilet and washbasin, and 2 twin bedrooms.

There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail. The other is an en-suite to the main bedroom and has a wash basin & WC.

The lodge has a very private position overlooking Bideford Bay and has stunning uninterrupted sea views.

It is a short walk from the car park, the clubhouse and all amenities.


Facility and entertainment passes are not included in the rental price of the lodge but can be obtained on a daily or weekly basis from main Reception.

You must be over 18 years of age at the time of making your booking and agree that neither the owner or Park Resorts accept liability for expenses, costs, losses or claims which may have occurred to you.Sorry no single sex parties under the age of 25.

Cancellations: If your booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks before your holiday/arrival date, no refund will be given. Please make sure your holiday insurance covers you. The outstanding balance of the cost of your holiday must be paid 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date.

About the Area

There is a restaurant/clubhouse with nightly entertainment and kids club, soft play area, take away and snack bar, amusement arcade and pool table etc. It hosts a heated indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool with flumes, children's play park with zip wire and other play equipment, crazy golf, climbing frames and tennis courts.There is a mini supermarket and a fully equipped laundry room.

The holiday park is situated on the main A39 Atlantic Highway. It is set in woodland and has wonderful views of the sea and surrounding coastline. A 10 minute walk through the woods will take you to the unspoiled beach and hamlet of Bucks Cross. You can walk the coastal path to Clovelly or Appledore and beyond. This is ideal for walkers with many National Trust walking areas from the site.

There are many attractions for families such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Atlantic Village Shopping Outlet which also has an Asda Superstore.
