The caravan has an exclusive position at the top of this terraced site with the usual patio area but one of the few having the added benefit of an elevated private garden boasting panoramic views across Lyme Bay; This secluded suntrap is hedged on two sides offering extra privacy and conceals a style with direct access to the headland - great for dogs !

One double bedroom with a TV & one twin bedroom

. Shower room with double tray, sink, toilet, towel rails, shelves and a cabinet
. Kitchen with under - counter fridge / freezer, microwave, sink / drainer, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, 2 counter-top cookers ( halogen & slow kept in the sideboard ), 4 burner gas hob, grill & 2 ovens :
# THE TOP OVEN OPENS DOWNWARDS & THE BOTTOM OVEN OPENS SIDEWAYS WITH ITS HINGES ON THE RIGHT #
# IMPORTANT # Due to Covid, I supply mattresses with covers only - I DO NOT SUPPLY pillows, duvets, bed linen, towels, drying up cloths etc but there are plenty of cleaning aids. The hot water is set to 'on' and the site's electric is about 4000 kilowatts per caravan, therefore too many appliances on at the same time can trip the meters; If this happens - join the club ! Due to the caravan's elevated position, wheelchair access is difficult but possible. The site's policy is 'park anywhere' and there are ample spaces. Please be careful as the garden furniture can blow away, especially at night !
CUSTOMER SELF- CLEAN POLICY ON DEPARTURE : As an incentive for you to implement my basic list of light duties ( on the side of the kitchen cupboard ) I will refund you £40.00 when the caravan is found satisfactory for the next customer.

Beer Head Caravan Park is situated above the traditional village of Beer in Seaton, Devon, on the dramatic Jurassic Coast. It is a short walk from a good selection of pubs, catering outlets and shops; there's a large Tesco at Seaton (approximately 2 miles away).On the park there is a general store, restaurant, toilet block with free hot showers and a launderette. Fortunately, there is not any entertainment spoiling the quiet atmosphere of this well-maintained site, which is superbly managed by the office team who are always professional and friendly with assistance.
