Caravan Description
This is a 12 foot wide caravan situated on Beer Head Caravan Park, one of Devon's finest caravan parks.
It has panoramic sea views across Lyme Bay and on a clear day the views extend across towards Seaton and around the coast. Visitors to our caravan return time and time again because of the tranquil setting and stunning views.
Generally there is car parking available alongside the caravan or close by. See photograph for location, close by the road through the park; a very convenient position for accessing the caravan.
The caravan is a well equipped and furnished 12 foot wide, 6 berth. It has two bedrooms; bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two singles.
There is another pull out double bed located in the living room area beneath the seating, which can sleep 2 persons. This can be easily folded out and away from sight.
In the lounge area, which has great sea views and is well furnished, there is a gas fire and a flat screen colour television with remote control.
In the well equipped kitchen there is a gas cooker, microwave and refrigerator. All cooking utensils are provided.
In the shower room there is a toilet, wash basin and shower.
Alongside the caravan there is a patio area. There are chairs and a small table for visitors to sit out and enjoy the sea views. There is a paved area on both sides of the caravan for guests to sit out.
The caravan is fully equipped with the exception of linen. Duvets are provided.
The caravan is let on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

About the Area
Beer is one of Devon's most picturesque fishing villages, which has an interesting history in smuggling folklore. It has a number of quality eating facilities, restaurants and pubs, and on Beer beach there are beach cafes and deck chairs for hire.There are lots of visitor attractions in the area including sea fishing trips available from Beer beach, which is located down the hill from the Caravan Park. Other attractions include Beer Quarry Caves, which are open to visitors, similarly Pecorama, and at Seaton there is the Seaton Tramway which offers views across the estuary.
At Seaton, a short distance from Beer, is the Axe Estuary where there are opportunities to bird watch.
Alongside the Caravan Park is the Jurassic coast pathway which offers wonderful walks along the coastline. Or sit out alongside the caravan and drink in the stunning views and tranquillity of its coast and countryside location.
