Caravan Description

Pine Forest 201 is our central heated caravan for hire on White Acres Holiday Park in Cornwall; a four star, award-winning holiday park, just 6 miles from Newquay.

Set in 184 acres of rolling Cornish countryside, White Acres Holiday Park boasts 13 fishing lakes on site, offering specimen, pleasure and match angling, all surrounded by beautiful views.

Our 35ft x 12ft 2023 Swift Loire caravan is situated on Pine Forest 201 and offers a side deck, double glazing and central heating.

The lounge has a large corner sofa and 40” flat screen Freeview TV with USB playback.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, dishwasher, hob, large size fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else you may ned to make it a real home from home.

There are 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin, plus an occasional fold-out double bed in the lounge.

The main bathroom has a power shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin.

A vacuum, iron, ironing board and hairdryer are provided for your use.

There is also a lockable, wooden tackle box outside.


Bookings & Conditions

No smoking is permitted anywhere in the holiday home. This included E cigarettes and vaping.

The price of your rental includes a clean at the end of your holiday, as well as all gas and electricity you use.

Pets are allowed, but at an additional cost of £30 each.

All duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen is not provided, but if required we can provide at an additional cost of £20 per double bev and £10 per single bed.

Entertainment passes are not provided. If required, they are available at Reception at a cost of £15 per person peak and £12 per person off peak. Under 2's are free.

Fishing passes are required to use the fishing lakes, which are available from the fishing lodge.

We charge a £100 security deposit for all bookings, which is refunded at the end of your stay as long as no loss, damage and/or breakages are found or the need for an excessive clean.
