Welcome to our caravan it is situated in Maple Forrest at White Acres Holiday Park near Newquay.
Please note passes or fishing passes not included.
We are sure you will love the caravan and its position in the park and hopefully will book again with us (offers for future bookings available) this has proven to be very popular with our guests.
Enjoy a luxury holiday in White Acres Holiday Park, Newquay, Cornwall. We have a brand new, luxury, 3 Bedroom, static holiday home that sleeps up to 8.
The lounge has two sofas, one converts in to a double bed, a 32' flat screen TV with DVD, electric hot air fire, gas central heating, dining area with table & chairs & free Wi-Fi. We also have free for you to use a travel cot, highchair and an iPod docking station.
Our Kitchen has a full sized fridge freezer, full sized cooker, microwave.
There are three bedrooms, one double with an en-suite WC, flat screen TV with DVD and two further bedrooms with two single beds in each. The family bathroom has a large shower.
Outside is a side decking with a large patio table, chairs & umbrella, deck lighting, ramp access and a parking space.
Bookings and conditions
Our prices are on average, 30%-40% lower than the prices charged by the site.
We require a £50 deposit (non-refundable) on booking, then the full balance is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. There is a 5% discount, if the total holiday price is paid at the time of booking (excluding late bookings where full payment is due at time of booking).

About the Area
White Acres Holiday Park is a fantastic family site with something for all the family.It has lovely country walks, on site and nearby, great fishing lakes - 13 in all, a gym, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a children's play area, a club and entertainment. The bars have great evening entertainment, take the time to look it up on line today.
There are beautiful, family beaches all around with surfing, water sports, restaurants and pubs.
Don't forget your fishing rods and bucket and spade. We hope to see you soon.
