Brand new, 2014 Delta Phoenix holiday home for hire on the award winning, 5 Star White Acres Holiday Park in Cornwall.
Our 8 berth, 3 bedroom caravan has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with additional sleeping in the lounge on a comfy pull-out sofa bed.
Features include double glazing, central heating (plus an electric fire in lounge), shower room with separate toilet, comfy dining area and a fully fitted and fully equipped kitchen, with a full size gas cooker and microwave.
The lounge has a 32" flat screen TV with a DVD player.
Surrounding the caravan is a decking area with seating along, plus a tackle locker.
Price quoted are inclusive of gas, electric, cleaning and bed linen.
Bookings
A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking with the remaining balance to paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Holidays booked with less than 6 weeks to go will require payment in full at the time of booking.

No Fishing tackle or maggots allowed in the caravan.
Passes for night entertainment can be obtained from the reception area. Prices are as follows: Adults - £10 each Children over 2 - £8

About the Area
Set in 184 acres of fabulous countryside, 215 Pine Forest is brand new to White Acres Holiday Park in a private residential area with gated access, along with only 4 other caravans.The Park is ideal for families and offers great facilities, including an indoor heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and gym, along with an amusement arcade, kids' clubs and numerous playing areas scattered around the Park. For under 5's there is a themed playground, activity room and soft play area.
For the evening there is s the Lakeside Club with live entertainment, bar, pizzeria and grill, Catch of the Day chip shop and First Bite café. There is also a Nisa shop and launderette.
White Acres is the ultimate fishing paradise for all types of anglers. In total there are 13 lakes to choose from, 10 of which are for the pleasure anglers and 3 for the specimen hunters. All lakes are stocked with small fish (perch, roach, rudd, tench, bream, barbel, crucian carp, f1s etc). The Specimen lakes are stocked with catfish, mirror carp, common carp, grass carp and ghost carp. The complex record for catfish stands at just over 73lbs. The complex record for carp stands at just over 34lbs. There are pegs, which are wheelchair friendly, on all pleasure lakes. Situated on the Park there is also a tackle shop for all fishing needs, expert advice and tuition.
Please Note: you must be in possession of a UK Rod Licence prior to fishing. All permits and bait restrictions can be obtained from the tackle shop.
