This spacious 8-berth caravan is the perfect countryside retreat for families looking to enjoy a Cornish getaway, close to Newquay and Cornwall's beautiful beaches.

White Acres Holiday Park boasts 5-star facilities to keep the whole family entertained, including 11 on-site fishing lakes, an indoor swimming pool, gym, crazy golf, children's playground, snack bar, restaurant, amusement arcade, evening entertainment, laundrette, and on-site grocery store.

The holiday home benefits from double glazing, central heating, and front patio doors leading onto a large, extended decking area with far-reaching countryside views. Situated in a small, quiet cul-de-sac, the caravan is conveniently located close to all the park's amenities.

The lounge features a comfortable L-shaped sofa with a pull-out sofa bed, along with ample cupboard storage surrounding the TV area. A Wi-Fi router is installed in the caravan (guests can purchase Wi-Fi access if required).

The modern, contemporary décor creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout.

The open-plan living space flows into a well-equipped L-shaped kitchen, complete with a gas oven, hob and grill. Opposite, you'll find additional cupboard space, an integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, breakfast bar, and dining table, providing everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

There are three bedrooms, comprising one master bedroom and two twin rooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite WC, over-bed storage cupboards, a double wardrobe at the foot of the bed, and a vanity area, perfect for getting ready before enjoying an evening in the on-site bar or heading into Newquay. Bed linen is provided, and beds will be made up prior to your arrival. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own towels.

Both twin bedrooms also offer over-bed storage. One room has a tall single wardrobe at the foot of the bed, while the other features additional overhead cupboards.

The family shower room includes a modern shower, WC, wash basin, and a tall mirrored storage cupboard.

This caravan is presented in immaculate condition and occupies one of the best pitches on the park. The gated decking area is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a parasol, making it the ideal spot for al fresco dining while enjoying the peaceful countryside views.

There is on-pitch parking, along with one large lockable storage box for guests' use.
