Caravan Description

Our Willerby Expression at White Acres Country Park, underwent a complete refurbishment in 2025.

The static caravan is finished to a high standard, offering a stylish, modern interior and excellent comfort throughout. The caravan benefits from double glazing, gas central heating, and a contemporary remote-control electric feature fire in the lounge, making it ideal for holidays at any time of year.

Set in an idyllic, south-facing position within the highly sought-after Sycamore Forest area of White Acres Holiday Park, the caravan enjoys sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The location is quiet and peaceful, with no through traffic—access is limited to residents only. The Tackle Lodge and First Bite Café are just a short walk away.

The caravan offers spacious, well-designed accommodation throughout:

Master Bedroom
A large double bedroom with plenty of space around the bed, bedside cabinets, wall-mounted TV, and a walk-in wardrobe with vanity mirror and dressing area.

Twin Bedroom
Featuring twin beds with wardrobe and cupboard storage.

Lounge Area
A bright and airy living space with vaulted ceilings and large windows creating a feeling of openness. Furnished with two free-standing sofas (a 2-seater and a 3-seater with a double pull-out sofa bed), coffee table and side tables.
Entertainment includes a large TV with Freeview & Freesat, DVD player, and a wall-mounted log-burner-effect electric heater, complemented by a large double radiator.

Double patio doors open onto a private south-facing decking area, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing in the evenings while enjoying the spectacular sunsets.

Dining Area & Kitchen
Open-plan dining area with table and four high-back cushioned chairs, leading to a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen featuring:

Oven with separate grill
