422 Oak Forest is a comfortable, well-presented 3-bedroom static caravan, privately owned and available for hire. It is not a brand new caravan, and is priced to give reasonable rates for your family holiday.
Set at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, it offers a quiet, relaxing base while still being just a short walk from all the fantastic amenities the holiday park has to offer.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable family-friendly lounge with ample sofa seating for up to 6 guests. The fully equipped self-catering kitchen includes a new fridge-freezer, full-size gas oven and hob, and all new essential small appliances - perfect for preparing meals during your stay. All basic cleaning products are provided too, for kitchen and bathroom.
The caravan features three bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms, offering flexible accommodation for families, couples, or groups. There is a shower room and separate toilet.
Outside, a generously sized decking area with patio furniture provides a lovely spot to enjoy outdoor dining or relax in the fresh air.
I am able to offer SHORT BREAKS, midweek or weekends. Let me know which dates you would like and I'll amend the calendar accordingly. Please bring your own bedlinen for these.
If you prefer a Friday or Sunday changeover I will accommodate this if I can. I am local and I appreciate if you wish to avoid Cornwall on a Saturday.
At present I am considering accepting well trained dogs. Please, however, make it clear upon booking if you are bringing your pets.
Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £50 is required to reserve your booking, with the balance to be paid 4 weeks before your stay.If you are booking within 4 weeks then the whole balance is required.
At the moment I am not asking for a damage deposit. However, please inform me of damage or breakages straight away.
