Our holiday lodge for hire on White Acres Holiday Park, is a 40’ x 20’ model, situated on Nelsons Meadow, on a very large end plot.

Lodge Description
Our holiday lodge for hire on White Acres Holiday Park, is a 40’ x 20’ model, situated on Nelsons Meadow, on a very large end plot.
This lovely double glazed and central heated, 2022 Willerby Portland lodge on White Acres Holiday Park is in an extremely peaceful, gated area of the park.
The Lodge offers 3 bedrooms. The king size master bedroom has a TV and a private en-suite with shower. The two further bedrooms each have two single beds and a TV.
The spacious, fully fitted main bathroom boasts a bath with overhead shower, along with a toilet and wash basin.
The living area of the lodge is open plan with the kitchen and dining area. It has two chairs and a sofa, which converts into a double bed, a 50” TV and plenty of cupboard space to store any items.
The kitchen is fully equipped, having a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven with hob. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 stools and a dining area with table and chairs to seat 6.
The lodge also has a utility cupboard which houses a washer dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes airer and hooks to hang coats.
Doors from the living room open onto a wraparound decking, complete with a patio table and chairs where you can enjoy the stunning views.
The lodge has a large grassed area to the side too, which is fenced off, along with parking for 3 cars.
We are ideally situated on a large, peaceful and private plot, which is ideal for families with children.
FREE unlimited Wi-Fi is included.
We also have outdoor CCTV for added security.
Bed linen can be arranged on request at an extra cost.
Strictly NO pets.
NO fishing rods, tackle or maggots to be kept in the Lodge - there is a lock-up provided outside for this purpose.
NO same sex groups allowed.
NO smoking allowed.
