Caravan Description

Our ABI St David holiday home is a spacious three-bedroom property, measuring 39ft x 12ft, located at Sycamore Forest, plot 614, with convenient access to the lakes. Designed for comfort, it features central heating and double glazing throughout.

The lounge offers generous U-shaped seating, complemented by a 40" Smart TV with Freeview channels, creating the perfect space to relax. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.

There are three bedrooms: a large double with en-suite facilities, along with two twin rooms. Please note that sleeping in the living area is not permitted. The main bathroom is fitted with a powerful mixer shower, wash basin, and toilet. For your convenience, a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided. **New for 2026 - We now have smart TV’s in the main bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms**

White Acres Country Park *****

White Acres is a 4* country park which is situated in 184 acres of stunning countryside.

Our privately owned holiday home is located near to the fishing lakes offering spectacular views and close to a range of 13 fishing lakes catering for pleasure anglers , match anglers and professional anglers.

White Acres offers something for everyone; from lovely walks, to the indoor facilities of pool, sauna, and gym, there are activities throughout the day to keep your little ones entrtained in the kids clubs as well as a bowling alley, indoor soft play, crazy golf and various childrens play parks dotted around the park. Newquay is approximately 6 miles away and is easily accessible by car or a regular bus service that operates from the main road near the entrance to the park. Cornwalls' many beaches and visitor attractions are easily reached from the location.

Indoor activities to be enjoyed through the day are:

** Starlink WiFi is now available in the caravan which offers high speeds and streaming for multiple users. This is available at a charge of £20 per stay, please advise at the time of booking if you would like the WiFi service**

Outside, a front veranda is furnished with rattan seating and a table, ideal for enjoying the surroundings. Two secure tackle boxes – one wooden and one larger metal – are available for safe storage of fishing equipment.

Pillows, duvets, and mattress/pillow protectors are provided; however, guests are asked to bring their own bedding or hire it for an additional charge.

Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.

The holiday home accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of four same-sex adults over the age of 25, in line with Parkdean rules.

Please note that electric vehicle charging from the caravan is not permitted.
