This is our three bedroom, pet free, ABI St David holiday home that is conveniently situated near the fishing lakes at Parkdean Resorts' beautiful White Acres Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall.

Caravan Description
Our ABI St David holiday home is a spacious three-bedroom property, measuring 39ft x 12ft, located at Sycamore Forest, plot 614, with convenient access to the lakes. Designed for comfort, it features central heating and double glazing throughout.
The lounge offers generous U-shaped seating, complemented by a 40" Smart TV with Freeview channels, creating the perfect space to relax. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay.
There are three bedrooms: a large double with en-suite facilities, along with two twin rooms. Please note that sleeping in the living area is not permitted. The main bathroom is fitted with a powerful mixer shower, wash basin, and toilet. For your convenience, a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided.
Outside, a front veranda is furnished with rattan seating and a table, ideal for enjoying the surroundings. Two secure tackle boxes – one wooden and one larger metal – are available for safe storage of fishing equipment.
Pillows, duvets, and mattress/pillow protectors are provided; however, guests are asked to bring their own bedding or hire it for an additional charge.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.
The holiday home accommodates up to six guests, with a maximum of four same-sex adults over the age of 25, in line with Parkdean rules.
Please note that electric vehicle charging from the caravan is not permitted.

White Acres Country Park is a four-star holiday destination set within 184 acres of picturesque countryside. Our privately owned holiday home is ideally positioned near the fishing lakes, offering beautiful views and access to 11 lakes catering for pleasure, match, and professional anglers.The park itself has something for everyone. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or make use of the leisure facilities, including an indoor pool, sauna, and gym. Families will appreciate the children’s clubs, indoor soft play, crazy golf, and playgrounds scattered across the park. For those wishing to explore further afield, Newquay is just six miles away and easily reached by car or local bus, while Cornwall’s many beaches and attractions are all within easy reach.
Dining options are plentiful, from Polkerris Restaurant and Catch of the Day takeaway to Costa Coffee, Scoops ice cream, and the Pizza Box. The Lakeside Family Club and Sports Bar offer entertainment, interactive games, and a lively atmosphere in the evenings. Additional on-site amenities include a well-stocked store and bakery, cash machine, launderette, and Wi-Fi availability.
Fishing enthusiasts should note that Bolingey Lakes are no longer included in the White Acres fishing pass from 2024, though day tickets remain available directly from Bolingey Lakes.
White Acres maintains a policy regarding group bookings: no all-male or all-female groups under the age of 25 are permitted, and same-sex groups of four adults or fewer are only accepted if all members are aged over 25.
