We are delighted to offer our beautiful Victory Versailles Lodge for hire at the highly sought-after White Acres Holiday Park in Cornwall Ideally located close to all the main amenities, this stylish and spacious lodge is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Inside, you’ll find a modern open-plan living space, a fully fitted kitchen complete with a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and a separate utility room with a washing machine.
The lodge offers three comfortable bedrooms: a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms, each with a TV for added comfort. Outside, a generous private decking area awaits, furnished with a large table and seating for six – the perfect spot for enjoying meals or drinks in the fresh air. There is also private parking available for two cars. For larger groups or families travelling together, we also own the neighbouring Lodge 407, making it easy to accommodate larger parties.
Just a short stroll from the lodge, you’ll find the clubhouse, swimming pool, and fishing lakes, all within a few minutes' walk. The lodge enjoys a lovely position with beautiful views across the park and surrounding countryside.
White Acres Holiday Park is nationally renowned for its exceptional angling facilities, boasting 13 fishing lakes, including two specimen lakes and eleven coarse fishing lakes. Fishing permits can be purchased from the on-site Fishing Lodge or the Parkdean Tackle Shop.
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. Guests can check into the lodge any time after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and are kindly asked to vacate by 10:00 AM on the day of departure to allow time for the lodge to be prepared for the next visitors. A non-refundable deposit of £85 per week is payable at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due six weeks before your holiday begins. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, and account details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Gas, electricity, and bed linen are all included in the price of your stay. On-site Wi-Fi is available and can be purchased directly from the park provider.

There is also an amusement arcade, a fish and chip shop (Catch of the Day), an outdoor pizza parlour with lodge delivery, an ice cream parlour, launderette, a tackle shop, a lakeside café, a convenience store with off-license and bakery, and a hair and beauty salon. Some activities and evening entertainment require a park pass, which can be arranged on site.Outdoor activities are just as impressive, with fishing across all 13 lakes, over 300 fishing pegs (including wheelchair-friendly pegs), a nine-hole crazy golf course, play areas, an agility course, a dog-walking area, and the charming Lillies Allotment.
The location of White Acres also makes it the perfect base for exploring some of Cornwall’s most famous attractions. The Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, and the stunning beaches of Lusty Glaze and Fistral are all just a short drive away. For those who prefer to leave the car behind, a regular bus service into Newquay operates from just outside the park entrance on the A392.
