Caravan Description

Our lovely homely 2 bedroom caravan is located in the Towan area of Trevella and has the benefit of a large decking (south facing) with 2 outdoor seating areas and parking. It looks out onto a large grassed area with children's play area.

Sleeping a maximum of 5, the caravan has a master double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and en-suite toilet with hand basin; a twin bedded room; and a small double sofa bed in the lounge.

In addition to the en-suite toilet, there is a main bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The living area has two free standing sofas, a dining table, electric fire, Freeview TV, Wi-Fi and USB plug charging socket.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, George Foreman grill, vegetable steamer and all crockery, cutlery and utensils.

Gas, electric, bed linen and cleaning are included. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.

Sorry we don't accept dogs. No smoking/vaping is allowed in the caravan or on decking.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required with the balance due 6 weeks before.








Location

Trevella Holiday Park is a quiet, well looked after site suitable for families and couples. Situated in Crantock, just 3 miles south of Newquay, the Park is a great base from which to explore Cornwall. There are lots of beautiful coastal walks too.

On site, Trevella Holiday Park offers a heated outdoor pool (open from May to mid September) and fishing lakes (rod license required) which are free for guests to use.

Crantock Village and beach are just a 20 minute walk (1.5 mile) away and at high tide, the River Gannel is great for paddle boarding and swimming. The village has two great pubs and a small shop/Post Office.

There is a bus stop at Trevella’s entrance, with services to Newquay, Truro and the surrounding areas.
