The property is set around a small pond in a quiet area of the park, close to the fishing lakes with no through traffic.
The caravan benefits from central heating, large sunny wraparound decked area, 43” flat screen smart TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace, double bedroom with en-suite and all modern amenities required.
It sleeps 6 (2 on a sofa bed), is a non-smoking property only suitable for families, couples (no groups) and well behaved dogs!
Outside, the external door opens out onto a large fully enclosed wraparound deck suitable for dogs and small children.
We have a dining table out the front and a large outdoor sofa area at the back.
The caravan is situated in a perfect location with Crantock beach a 2 minute drive away, Fistral beach a 10 minute drive away and the Gannel a pleasant stroll. The property is the perfect place to enjoy and explore Cornwall.
The park itself has many amenities including 2 fully stocked fishing lakes, various play areas for children, a dog walking area, launderette, shop, crazy golf and heated outdoor pool (some of which are seasonal).
