Caravan Description
This 2021 model ABI Trieste is a superior, pet friendly, spacious, 2 bedroom caravan located on the 5 star Trevella Park close to picturesque Crantock, Newquay and the rest of Cornwall’s north coast.
Luxury and comfort are offered throughout, providing special holidays for couples, families and beloved dogs. Double glazing and central heating make this an ideal place to holiday in all seasons.
The exterior provides parking for 1 car and enclosed decking with a picnic table for al-fresco dining, along with views across a spacious grassed area where the children can play. The caravan is conveniently located close to the outdoor heated pool which is open from May half term to beginning of September (weather permitting) and a short walk from the main reception and shop. Takeaway vans are often situated on site, please refer to signs around the park or enquire at reception.
There are two bedrooms; a double with king size bed and the luxury of an en-suite toilet, double wardrobe and dressing table along with one twin bedroom and a family bathroom with large shower. There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and also features a built-in microwave, gas hob and oven and a full-size fridge freezer. The dining area has a free-standing table and comfortable seating.
The spacious, open plan living area features ample comfortable seating, a smart TV and games for all the family.
Bed linen is included in the hire price (except for sofa bed), as is gas and electricity. Please provide your own tea towels and bath towels.
Free private Wi-Fi is provided.
Well behaved dogs are allowed at no extra charge; you will need to bring your dog’s own bedding and food and water bowls. Please note, dogs need to be kept on a lead when walking them around the park as there are often ducks, swans and other wildlife wandering around. Also please ensure you pick up after them - there are plenty of dog waste bins situated around the park.
The property is strictly NO smoking/vaping.
No BBQs allowed on the picnic table or decking - please cook on the grass adjacent to the caravan.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, with check in from 4pm and check out by 10am.
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

About the Area
Trevella Park hosts a well-stocked shop, reception, launderette, crazy golf, café & take away, outside heated swimming pool, several children's play areas and well-stocked fishing lakes.The beautiful, sandy beaches of Crantock, Fistral, Holywell Bay, Watergate Bay and Perranporth are all within easy reach and the South West Coastal path provides lots of options for walking and enjoying the spectacular north coast of Cornwall.
There are bus stops outside the entrance to Trevella to go to Newquay and Truro and the park is well placed to explore the attractions and sights of Cornwall.
Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, with check in from 4pm and check out by 10am. A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your holiday.
