Welcome to ‘Lakeview’ a large & comfortable luxury two bedroom 35’x12’ six berth caravan with a homely feel throughout.
It comes with free fast WiFi- private parking for two cars-furnished raised deck-sun loungers.
Caravan occupies a premium pitch on ‘LAKEVIEW’ a gated area reserved for private owners & faces towards Trevella lake & nature reserve. One large double with en-suite toilet bathroom & 1 twin bedded room. A 2nd bathroom with large shower is off the hallway.
Bedrooms each have side lamps- hair dryer-wall mounted 19” tv with DVD Combi. Beds are comfy & have mattress toppers. Bedlinen is supplied. Beds are made up ready on arrival. Additional sleeping is on a sofa bed in the lounge.
Towels can be hired.

Trevella park has no clubs on site.

About the Area

Trevella Park is situated in the beautiful area of Crantock in Newquay.It’s a great base to explore all of North Cornwall & is popular with families & couples of all ages.
Crantock (1 mile) is a pretty village with a fabulous sandy beach & estuary. Crashing waves make it great for surfing.
The estuary is great for water sports-at low tide kids will love water play & crabbing in the rock pools
The beach has parking-toilets-board/wetsuit hire- hot food-drinks-ices-& beach equipment.
Life guards patrol during the summer season.
Crantock locally has a Post Office-church- cafe-three pubs serving food-licensed grocery store with newspapers- freshly baked pasties and beach goods. For walkers the coastal path is easily accessible.
The park has direct access to a walkers trail bringing you to the estuary & Crantock beach it’s around 3/4 mile walk through woodland,fields & countryside.
Eventually reaching Penpol creek once used by smugglers. At low tide it opens up exposing a huge sandy expanse - a great walking area with crabbing & rock pools for the kids. Feeling energetic? you can walk on to west pentire & Newquay town.
Please Note - tide times apply & a river ferry runs during the summer season.
A bus service stops outside the park entrance travelling towards Newquay Crantock or Truro.
From Crantock beach you can explore West Pentire-Newquay & Fistral beach on foot
Newquay
is a lively town (2.5 mls) away & known as the surfing capital. Theres lots to see/do for all ages-Pony trekking along the Gannel estuary- harbour boat trips-cinema- bowling- outdoor bowls-boating lake & gardens- zoo-Sea Life Centre-miniature railway-Oasis fun pools-shopping-several beaches & coastlines to walk, plus much more! There’s lots of lovely places to eat and drink too.
Twice weekly car boots are held less than 2 miles away.
The main A30 is easily accessible taking you to Cornwall’s many tourist attractions & National trust sites.

The closest shop is the mini market in Crantock opens late Mon-Sun In summer. The main supermarkets are Morrison’s Lidl,& a McDonald’s around 2 miles away. Newquay town has a Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Asda & Tesco Express.
